Дуже гарне місйе розташування готелю, в самому центрі. Всі історичні памятки в пішій доступності. Гарний картина з вікна. Чудові сніданки в кафе, гарна кухня.
Дуже погано вентилюються приміщення, як спальні так і туалета. Видно, що ремонти робилися давненько.
Great location, cool old building. Unfortunately we did not get a room with a view like I thought I had booked, but travelled with family so could check out the view from their room.
The rooms are pretty nice but a bit dated. Breakfast room has a view of the canal.
Staff at breakfast were not particularly friendly. I had booked a room with breakfast, but the people we travelled with had not by mistake. It is possible to pay for breakfast but you have to let them know a day in advance. I can understand if they are very busy, but when we were there there was plenty of food and not many guests and they still would not let them buy
breakfast which wasn't a nice start of the day (with some of us eating and the others waiting - there aren't any cafés right by the hotel and they did not want to walk far without us).
Our door did not lock properly so I discovered that we were sleeping with a door that wasn't even closed properly! Also the door to the toilet did not close/lock properly.

Veľmi pekné a príjemné ubytovanie priamo v centre Gdansku, parkovisko priamo pred ubytovaním za poplatok, izba čistá, pohodlná a pravidelne uprataná, raňajky za príplatok odporúčame určite - veľmi chutné a bohaté, personál ochotný a milý, môžeme len a len odporúčať.

Nie było klimatyzacji, latem w małym pokoiku trochę za gorąco
Zdecydowanie lokalizacja była na wielki plus, bardzo miłe panie w recepcji oraz duża łazienka w pokoju i wygodne materace.
Zdecydowanie czystosc pokoju jest do poprawy. Na środku firanki była wielka żółta plama, również materac z brzegu był brudny. Szkoda że tv nie ma opcji smart żeby obejrzeć film z platformy lub YouTube, zazwyczaj jest to już norma w hotelach i apartamentach.

Impossible d'avoir la chambre avant 15h, mais c'est marqué sur la réservation.
Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Smaczne śniadanie. Dużym plusem było to, że obsługa dbała o to aby codziennie w pokoju była woda mineralna do picia. Mankamentem był brak klimatyzacji co w upalne dni dawało się we znaki. Pokój czysty i dobrze wyposażony.

Brak klimatyzacji oraz wiatraka sprawilo ze w lato przy 30 stopniach pokoj byl bardzo nagrzany i nie dalo sie w nim wysiedziec i ciezko bylo spac, czystosc tez pozostawiala wiele do zyczenia, pajeczyny w rogach byly widoczne
