Śniadania urozmaicone, ze sporym wyborem produktów.

Na recepcji bardzo dużo danych osobowych oraz zgód wymagają od klienta. Zbyt dużo biurokracji. W ciągu kilku minut powstała gigantyczna kolejka, ponieważ każdy musiał wypełniać formalności.
Podczas śniadania nie dało się wyjść na zewnątrz celem konsumpcji. Szkoda, ponieważ ogłaszali, iż istnieje taka możliwość, a to był jeden z powodów rezerwacji tego hotelu. Na śniadaniu słabej jakości kawy, w szczególności mleczne. W pokojach na parterze są żaluzje która mocno odstają od ram okna, co z połączeniu z dużym lustrem powoduje, że z zewnątrz jest możliwość podejrzenia osób w łazience, co powoduje duży dyskomfort!

Oczekiwałabym wyższego standardu. meble stare- tapeta zżółknięta od starości. Drzwi do pokoju same sie otworzyły przy przewiewie- nie dało sie ich zamknąć na klucz.

Non accogliente
Pros:

Ottima posizione e soprattutto la vista sul tramonto. Cercato apposta un hotel con questa vista sulla città vecchia e sul fiume/canale.

Cons:

Il personale sgarbato e non invitante. Non sembrava abbiano avuto voglia di vedere ospiti. Tutto il soggiorno è stato pagato in anticipo, solo la tassa di soggiorno doveva essere pagata sul posto. Le ho chiesto se potevo farlo un'ora più tardi, perché stava piovendo e volevo un attimo riscaldarmi. Lei mi rispose che non mi dava le chiavi della camera se non avessi pagato subito quei 5€. Diciamo che è stato a dir poco "sgradevole" se non altro. Pertanto avevo prenotato una camera con un soggiorno all'interno a mo di appartamento. Scritto 2 volte su booking di adibire anche il divanoletto per la seconda persona, e ogni volta risposto di ricordarglielo poco prima dell'arrivo. Anche lì onestamente ci sono rimasta. Alla terza, giorno prima dell'arrivo riscritto e mi hanno confermato che è tutto apposto. Beh alla fine ovviamente mica era preparato ed era già sera sul tardi. La camera stessa, nonostante la splendida vista, era fredda nella camera da letto. Le finestre purtroppo non sono isolate e la struttura stessa necessita di un rinnovamento. Il bagno e la doccia non sono proprio all'altezza di un hotel di questo genere.
