Great central location, easy walking to a number of tourist attractions. Spoilt for choice for cafes, restaurants and pubs.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit tired, particularly the bathrooms.

AAA+++Front of house, staff, restaurant, bar, warm room and bed, highly recommended
Pros:

Walked in a stranger, left feeling like I belonged. From front of house to bar staff, kitchen staff, house keeping absolute legends. Loved my warm room, comfortable and clean. Loved the restaurant atmosphere, food selection and service 10/10 loved my beer at the end of the day and friendly staff and hospitality from locals. Highly recommended. I have stayed at other accommodation several times in Dunedin and this place catered by far the best.Ngā mihi
