Well, I like was the staff was friendly. The hotel was family oriented and I’m I’m planning on coming back to your hotel in July for a family reunion to stay for seven days but I’m thinking about that right now.

Cons:

I traveled with my family. We found pills on the floor and one of the rooms that my kids was staying in. I to pick up pills off the floor before my five year-old son found them on the floor. Didn’t appreciate that so that means the rooms was not clean.. where are you going? Where are you going? I said where are you going?

Pros:

Fue horrible el desayuno. La comida de mala calidad. Las salchichas babosas. El cafe pura agua. Los panqueques no tenian sabor. No lo recomendaria.

Pros:

Safe was not working, asked staff several occasions, promised they would fix, very noisy rooms above and both sides, staff not interested

Cons:

Also lady that cleaned rooms was very rude when asked politely for towels as we had been out all day returned and room was not cleaned, asked for towels and said dont worry about clean

Limpieza de la habitación y del hotel en general. Envié 2 peticiones y ni me contestaron. La mesita de noche tenía un cajón que no se podía cerrar. El router estaba colgando del cable.

Halls- elevator- and rooms could definitely be cleaner. Found wayyy too many different types of hair- including down there hair, and legit hair balls all over.

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal aber wir werden dort nicht mehr absteigen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist prima um die Wasserfälle zu Fuss zu erreichen.
Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück ist sehr spartanisch, wurde aber aufmerksam nachgefüllt.
Der Poolbereich ist angenehm beheizt.

Cons:

Die Dusche in unserem Zimmer war total verschimmelt. Die Vorhänge sind nur Deko und können nicht zugezogen werden. Das hat sehr gestört, da das Casino nebenan die ganze Nacht hell erleuchtet vor sich hin blinkt. Außerdem war auf der Straße viel los und man hörte bis spät in die Nacht Musik.
