Great location but with fixable issues
Pros:

Besides stating the obvious, (location - literary 10mins walk to falls), this is one of those instances where a property is kept on business by wonderful staff. They had lot of issues, but staff was exceptional. I interacted with multiple people from the front desk before and during my stay and they were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was surprisingly decent as well.

Cons:

Cleanliness is a big issue, and these issues seem to be beyond what day to day staff can handle. For instance, the curtains had old stains, bathroom floor had cracks and pool was a very dirty (colors peeling off) and the bottom felt like a beach (so much sand). Not sure when this was properly cleaned the last time. I think issues like these are beyond day to day management.

Location was great.

Cons:

Wasnt clean enough,, and was very noisy, especially if you have room on the second floor street side, there is a restaurant onnthe first floor, which had music on so laud till 12am. One point i had to call receptionist to have them lower the sound, it was 11:45pm. Anyway, it was ok but can't recommend to anyone.

Cons:

The toilet in our room had trouble with the flusher.
The chairs were not comfortable.
The lady at the desk did offer to have the toilet looked at. We said we could fix the chain everytime we flushed.

For being a Wyndham Hotel, disappointed.
Pros:

Staff were courteous and location

Cons:

Room had curtains that were stained with something, unable to determine stain😏. I booked two rooms and requested rooms to be either adjacent to each other, across, or at least in the same floor, NONE of these requests were granted even though I sent at least 4 requests on line and called hotel three times. Drawers in room were broken, hotel in general was not clean, rooms did not have a DO NOT DISTURB signs and when staff were asked for some they said none were available. Location is good, but I would leave this hotel as last choice.

Never again
Cons:

Very very dirty room, dirty bathroom. the floor was full of dust as it was not mopped for a week, my little one is a crawler her feet and hands become BLACK from crawling and we barely allowed her to be down, the tub had hair in it. the tv remote had no cover and the battries kept falling and we could not use the remote. Too much noise in the rooms we could hear all people around us easily.

Internet is not free (like really we are in 2026!)
I wanted to complain about the cleanliness but of course the phone was not working, and we arrived to the room late after 10 pm so we just survived and checked out at 9 am the next morning.
