Exceeded All Expectations
Pros:

We had a truly fantastic stay, largely thanks to the exceptional staff. The check-in process was effortless and very welcoming. Our room was immaculate, quiet and incredibly comfortable. The vibe was very tranquil. I will definitely be recommending my family and friends.

Pros:

Everything was excellent.
I want to thank Mr Mohamed in the reception for his politeness and for upgrading my room to a suite

I also want to thank ,Mr Soliman from the reception too for listening and fixing the breakfast problem.

There is,also a very nice lady in the reception but I cannot remember her name. She,was very polite, respectful, funny and professional.

Cons:

My sister booked a room to stay with me one last night before going back to the UK. The room had so many problems to be fixed. Although, they managed to fix all but how did they book such a room to a guest.
I didn't like it.
