Pros:

Everything was excellent.
I want to thank Mr Mohamed in the reception for his politeness and for upgrading my room to a suite

I also want to thank ,Mr Soliman from the reception too for listening and fixing the breakfast problem.

There is,also a very nice lady in the reception but I cannot remember her name. She,was very polite, respectful, funny and professional.

Cons:

My sister booked a room to stay with me one last night before going back to the UK. The room had so many problems to be fixed. Although, they managed to fix all but how did they book such a room to a guest.
I didn't like it.

Everything was really nice and youstina in public relations listens and fixes everything
Karim the waiter in the restaurant was very helpful and professional. He helped me manage a small dinner party at the hotel and it was perfect and everyone was happy and I was really proud.

Said the cleaner was really nice and professional.

Also there is,someone in the reception but I cannot remember his name listened to my complaint about the breakfast on the 16th and when I returned on the 20th; everything was fixed and the breakfast food quality and taste were good

Very good
Pros:

Is very convinient. Just 10 minutes from Cairo airport.
We arrived at 04:00am however the reception was very happy to serve us and to deliver our room.

Все было нормально.
Pros:

Пробыла в отеле только с обеда до следующего утра, арендовала номер возле Аэрропорта так как был вылет рано утром. Номер прекрасный, сделали улучшенный как бонус, по услугам не могу сказать и по питанию просто не успела понять.

Cons:

Единственный момент про бассейн, я так надеялась что смогу в день заезда поплавать в бассейне после дороги из Александрии, но так и не поплавала. Бассейн скорее для детей или для красоты. Он совсем не большой, и глубина максимальная 140 см., это и мне с ростом 170 см чуть выше пояса.Взрослый человек там только может посидеть или поползать. )) Было бы лучше в описании отеля добавть параметры бассейна его глубина, ширина и длинна.
