Замечательная хозяйка! Сразу определила меня в водохлебы и поставила в номер персональный чайник)) Несмотря на ночной дубак (начало мая), в номере тепло и уютно: на ночь включают отопление. В подвале есть полноценная кухня с чайниками, плитой, микроволновкой. Для Стамбула это просто имба! Также ежедневная уборка, в номере всего в достатке. Отличное месторасположение: тихая улица в низкоэтажном квартале. Вокруг в основном тоже гостиницы, никакой ночной активности. До Топкапы, Св. Софии и трамвайной остановки Султанахмет 10 минут ходу. Но продуктами лучше запасаться заранее: ближайший Мигрос далековато - у Лалели, в шаговой доступности только небольшие лавочки. Хозяйка свободно говорит по-русски.

Cons:

Звукоизоляция так себе. Если чутко спите, лечь раньше соседей не получится.

Ήταν πολύ μικρό το δωμάτιο και θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο προσεγμένο. Αλλα για τα χρήματα του πολύ τίμιο.

Pros:

La ubicacion esta muy bien para visitar la ciudad.
Estaba limpio.
Laa vistas desde el salon estanm muy bien
Es muy amplio

Cons:

Un poco falto de mantenimiento con humedad en las paredes y en algunas puertas.
Las toallas del baño estan bastante desgastadas, algunas con agujeros.
No se puede oscurecer la habitacion para dormir, solo hay cortinas pero no opacas.

Я довольна проживанием в этом отеле.
Pros:

Прекрасное расположение отеля, очень удобно добираться до основных достопримечательностей. Очень удобные кровати, белоснежное постельное бельё. Ежедневная уборка и смена полотенец. Отдельного внимания заслуживает администратор. Осталось приятное впечатление.

Cons:

Немного смутил вид из окна, вернее, его отсутствие. Но у нас был бюджетный вариант, возможно, поэтому окно выходило во дворик.

La localisation , chouette quartier, jolie ru
Attention, maison bien défraîchie en comparaison des photos….

Cons:

Nous avions réservé 2 chambres au Dualis et on s est retrouvé dans 2 maisons differentes à 5 min de marche! Pas terrible pour un séjour en famille!
Maison vétuste très mal insonorisée, que ce soit côté route ou à l intérieur avec les autres locataires!!!
Plus de lumière à la salle de bains …et pas de fenêtre… imaginez….
Et peu d espace pour se déplacer, car 4 lits dans une chambre où le grand lit suffit! C est serré!
Quant au personnel, à part à la remise des clés ( où notre mécontentement d être séparés n a pas été pris au sérieux) nous n avons recroisé personne!

Basic and reasonable price
Pros:

Good location in Sultanahmet. Basic hotel but clean. Breakfast is not provided, but there are many restaurants nearby. Quiet place.

Cons:

It is an Ottoman-era house with rooms adapted for tourism. The bathroom shelf is of glass with edges too close to the toilet; you can hit it with your head if distracted when you stand up.

В целом все понравилось.
Pros:

Рейс задержали на сутки, связь с отелем держали. Они нас ждали, бронь не слетела. Мы жили на 3 этаже. Батареи есть, кондиционер работал на обогрев, сырости не было. Приехали в сезон дождей. Полотенца меняли каждый день. Шампуни- мыло гели в номере были. Горячая вода была, прям кипяток.
Так же в номере есть холодильник микроволновка и чайник фен, телевизор(не включали) вайфай.
Хозяйка очень приятная, не навязчивая. Под окнами магазин открыт до поздна, туда на мотоциклах кто то приезжал, шумно. Но мы на столько уставали за день, что это нам не мешало. Но в районе Султанахмет одинаково шумные улочки и везде мотоциклы, в любом отеле будет этот шум. Кстати магазин дорогой, если выше по улице подняться есть в 2 раза дешевле.

Bom, mas faltaram informações adequadas
Pros:

Nos permitiram deixar as malas após o check-in.

Cons:

O apartamento em si não foi de todo ruim, porém, não foi informado que o apartamento era em outro endereço, e não no endereço anunciado. Chegamos de transfer do aeroporto, de noite e com chuva e fomos supreendidas com a informação de que o apartamento era em outro local, uns 200 metros de distância. Tivemos que andar debaixo de chuva, de noite, numa subida, com ruas de pedra e sem calçadas, arrastando nossas malas enquanto a recepcionista quase correu para nos levar oa destino. Chegando lá, descobrimos que o apartamento era no terceiro andar, sem elevador e com escadas circulares. Imaginem como foi subir 3 andares carregando malas? Estávamos em 5 mulheres, sendo que 3 delas têm em torno de 70 anos de idade. Enfim, estava faltando algumas coisas no apartamento, mas no dia seguinte providenciaram o que precisávamos.
