Da limpeza, quartos sujos. Roupas de camas mais sujas ainda, manchadas e com gotas de algum tipo de sujeira, nítido que nem tinham sido trocadas, precisamos tirar da cama para poder dormir.

Localização do hotel é boa, perto do centro e das coisas que eu precisava, é bem limpo e organizado

Cheguei as 10:40h com minha bebe de 5 meses e perguntamos se tinha quarto disponível para antecipar o checkin, fomos informados que não, esperamos até as 13h e ainda assim foi nos informado que não tinha quarto.. achei estranho pois um hotel daquele tamanho, com certeza as pessoas ja tinham saído e as camareiras limpado.. ficamos no hall de entrada e só foi nos liberado subir as 13:40h.
outro ponto que não gostei foi o banheiro, muito pequeno. Os travesseiros também são bem ruins a qualidade

Chuveiro, cama e funcionários.

Cons:

Barulho insuportável na rua, a janela não veda, não conseguimos dormir. O café da manhã é ruim, poucas opções, não tem nada saudável, tudo tem gordura e açúcar. Não tem nem um suco de laranja natural. O hotel não aceita sugestões. Tv tem poucos canais e transmissão ruim. Box sujo, com um limbo preto nos cantos e rejuntes. Toalhas manchadas. Saímos no dia seguinte.

Limpeza dos quartos ótima. Cama confortável, chuveiro ótimo, ar condicionado funcionando bem.
O café da manhã é excelente, com variedades, bem completo.

Cons:

O atendimento poderia ser muito melhor.
Não há uma preocupação da recepção em acolher bem e tornar agradável a chegada do hóspede.
Não houveram esforços para tentar antecipar check-in (mesmo querendo pagar outra diária), e sim, haviam quartos disponíveis. Esperei três horas e meia e entenderia se realmente não tivesse como ou se desse alguma satisfação. Mas não disseram-me NADA nesse tempo todo.
Também não foi informado no booking que a academia estava interditada.

O atendimento vale muito mais do que outras coisas. Por isso não recomendo e não voltarei.
