Home away of home
Pros:

Location is very good. It is not our first stay. We come to this hotel every year. Stuff is excellent, polite and kind. Rooms are spacious, biggest we found so far in Istanbul. We love it here and we will come again.

Pros:

Lokacija je na savršenom strateskom mestu u gradu za lagan obilazak, dosta je pogodno za mladje ljude i za ljude sa našeg govornog podrucja. Zaposleni su topli, ljubazni i osećate se kao kod kuće. Sobe su uredne, velike i prostrane, imaju puno svetlosti.

Pros:

Location and room was clean.. no lift and ac was not working.

Cons:

There was no ac remote and they asked use to stay without ac even though we booked an ac room. They lied to us that the ac remote is under service . After forcing we were given one remote saying it is a spare. And ac was not working properly. Please avoid this place otherwise you will suffocate without ac. Looks like they are lying to save electricity . There is no lift so you have to climb steep stairs 3 floors. Not suitable for anyone with luggage.

Pros:

Perfect location, close to lots of restaurants, shops and bus stops/metro stations. Great value for money. The room was spacious and clean. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The floor above is not well insulated, so we heard the steps from the guests staying above us. The shower curtain presented some mould traces.

Расположение хорошее, владелец очень отзывчивый человек, помогал в наших просьбах👍🏻

Cons:

Уборку номера, а именно качество уборки. При заселении и после уборки все равно были найдены мусор, волосы чужие в постели, не помыт пол в ванной. Только к уборке были претензии, на этом всё

В целом все понравилось, не могу сказать ничего плохого.
Pros:

Хорошее расположение, недалеко от метро, рядом исторический центр, сам район достаточно живой, очень много заведений на любой вкус. В номере было все необходимое: чайник, фен, кондиционер, холодильник, телевизор с возможностью смотреть ютуб. Было достаточно чисто, сотрудники все приветливые, общение на английском или через переводчик. Воспользовались возможностью оставить сумки на ресепшен после выезда за небольшую стоимость. Нам изначально предоставили не тот номер (дали более улучшенный, чем мы бронировали), сотрудники извинились за ошибку, и вежливо попросили переехать в другой, тем не менее дав переночевать ночь в номере повышенного класса (на самом деле отличие только в наличии балкона в улучшенном, но он же и более шумный, так как выходит на живую улицу)

Cons:

Не хватило базового набора посуды, хотя бы несколько тарелок и ложек.

Pros:

Overall, the hotel's location is excellent, just 10 min from the city center. You can easily catch the places you would like to go on foot or metro. And staff was friendly as well.

Cons:

Being in Taksim, it has a very lively nightlife, so you might want to consider this if you don't like noise that much. Additionally, you can hear strong voices and joys outside as Taksim is always vibrant. The thing we didn't like is to not provide daily water/or water. Otherwise everything was great

Disappointed, wouldn’t go there again
Pros:

Close to taksim square and down town istanbul

Cons:

We mentioned in the booking that we need 2 beds but when we reached the hotel they told us they needed an extra 15€ to give us a pillow and a bedsheet for the second bed.

In addition the floor is wood parquet and the insulation is super bad, we barely slept that night because someone above us kept walking all night long, and every time we can hear the footsteps and the wood cracks and makes noises

Pros:

Le personnel est très agréable et gentil. L'hôtel est très bien situé à proximité vous avez: des restaurants, spas, boulangerie turque, station de bus et métro à 10min à pied.

Cons:

Malheureusement la salle de bain de la chambre que j'avais réservé avait des cheveux par terre (photo) et la porte de la cabine douche était cassée.

Good value for the money
Pros:

Location is amazing, stuff is friendly and political, it’s very modern in user friendly way and digitalized. We loved it! Internet is good, food next door is excellent, there is always tea and coffee. Very clean and comfy.
