Hôtel très agréable dans un quartier calme
Pros:

Personnel très aimable et disponible, excellent petit déjeuner, chambre spacieuse (et, pour ceux que cela intéresse, machine à laver, cuisinière, bouilloire etc.)

Cons:

Les transports publics ne sont pas tout à côté et le quartier monte et descend beaucoup.

Our stay at Hammamhane really enhanced our time in Instanbul and we would love to visit again.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent - both the food and the location. All the staff were so lovely. The area was quiet but with so many great antique shops. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was great!

Pros:

Such a comfortable stay! I didn’t even realise how huge the room was when I booked it, and the well equipped kitchen was such a bonus. The staff are incredibly nice, warm and welcoming, and always eager to help. I was a little conscious about the noise complaints I’d seen in some of the reviews but honestly, it was very quiet during my stay. (So quiet that it actually made me oversleep!) I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Cons:

The layout of the hotel is a little funny, and the elevators are quite small, but honestly, these are such minor issues. The lovely staff are always there to help, which more than makes up for it.

Pleasant and Comfortable
Pros:

We stayed 1 night prior to getting on a cruise. The guest services gentleman, Abdullah, was fantastic! He helped us get settled, answered questions, and gave us a good dinner recommendation.
It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast options were plentiful.

Cons:

The bathroom didn’t have AC, so it got hot, but that was the only thing.

Comfortable and friendly stay at Hammamhane Hotel
Pros:

Great location - lots of cafes and restaurants around. Easy walk to Galataport or trams. Room was large and well fitted out. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. It was my husband’s birthday while we were staying and the staff bought him a cake with candles - so thoughtful and genuinely lovely.

Absolutely wonderful
Pros:

A truly special place. The staff are lovely. Breakfast is wonderful. Highly recommend! I didn’t book breakfast ahead of time because I wasn’t sure whether it would be good & if they’d be able to cater for my dietary requirements but they were so helpful and careful and the food was excellent so I ended up having breakfast there every morning.
The hotel is in a super cute neighborhood with lots of antique, craft, and design stores and cool cafes and restaurants. 15 min walk to the Galata tower which is such a busy area I generally kept clear of that. A nice 20 min walk to the Galata bridge. 30-40 mins walk to the spice & grand bazaars. Or the tram is easy.
The hotel itself has nice design and decor. I was in a quiet room overlooking the courtyard with a kettle and fridge and coffee maker and microwave.
The hammam next door is incredible. It’s a little more expensive than the others but I truly felt like a sultana. It’s personalized & luxurious. Some of the others I felt like I was on a conveyor belt but not here. Totally worth it.
If you’re wondering whether to stay here, I’d recommend 10/10.
