Pros:

Tolle Aussicht (Zimmer mit Balkon und Seesucht). Sehr ruhige Lage. Ganz tolles Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Schöner Pool mit Parkanlage.

Cons:

Einzig bemängeln könnte man, dass beim Frühstück Rührei und kochendes Wasser für Eier erst ca. um 8 Uhr verfügbar war. Wer also um 7.30 zum Frühstück ging musste sich entsprechend anpassen.

Heerlijk hotel met magisch uitzicht.
Pros:

Uitstekende locatie. Goede verzorging met enorm hoog servicelevel. Mooi hotel, mooi zwembad, heerlijk eten en magisch uitzicht over het meer. Prachtige tuin met palmbomen.

A wonderful experience!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The location is excellent offering magnificent views. There is a very good atmosphere. The rooms are clean and well-designed, and very comfortable, with perfect beds. The service was outstanding. And a perfect pool! There are a lot of activities in the hotel. We are definitely planning to come back one day. In reality, it is even more beautifful than the photos suggest.
A special thank to Ginevra and her colleague for their warm welcome and for helping us with great suggestions. We would also like to thank Mohammed, Mario and Emanuele and all the other colleagues for their exceptional hospitality ensuring that everyting was perfectly taken care of during breakfast and dinner. The food was superb.

Ist alles super und sauber gewesen.
Pros:

-Alles war perfekt, wir haben die juniorsuite gebucht es war traumhaft

-Super Nettes Personal

Cons:

-Frühstück für den Preis leider nicht inbegriffen… 25.- pP..
-Parkplatz kostet extra 15.- die Nacht…

Pros:

Die Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore ist wirklich toll. Das Hotel ist komfortabel und sehr gepflegt. Das gesamte Personal immer sehr freundlich. Das Frühstückbuffet war hervorragend.

Cons:

Dass man sich für die Zimmerreinigung via QR-Code melden musste. Habe ihn wegen Kurzaufenthalt aber auch nicht gebraucht. Wenigsten ein täglicher automatischer Bettenservice wäre ein Kompromiss.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Ein willkommens Getränk für uns und unser Hund hat ein sehr härziges willkommens Präsent im Zimmer erhalten.
Sehr zuvorkommende Dienstleistungen und immer freundlich und hilfsbereites Personal!
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und mit Liebe serviert.
Wir sind sehr dankbar und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
