Völlig überhitztes Zimmer. Keine Klimaanlage, keine Möglichkeit zu lüften. Keine Lüftung im Bad. Kühlschrank ist ein Witz!

Très bon emplacement, une belle piscine.
Le personnel très sympathique, une très bonne cuisine à la carte et un excellent petit déjeuner

Cons:

Manque un chauffe eau dans la chambre afin de profitez de la vue sur le balcon avec un thé ou un café

Superbe hôtel avec une incroyable vue sur le lac. Le personnel est vraiment au top.
Le restaurant est excellent, ils ont une très belle carte.
Idéal pour les familles avec plusieurs options de divertissement pour les enfants.

Cons:

Malheureusement les chambres ne sont pas climatisées.

Lovely place
Pros:

The staff was great, food and beverage options very good quality and variety,facilities and services (boat transfer, whatsapp concierge) quite surprisingly good too.

Cons:

Personally, I would prefer they cleaned the room systematically like every 3 days, and not to have to request it but it's not that I didn't like it just a personal preference.

Kleine Mängel und viele Zusatzkosten trübten den Gesamteindruck des Aufenthalts.
Pros:

Lage, Restaurant, Hotel ist im grünen mit vielen Pflanzen sowie Personal!

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage und für die hohen Temperaturen die falschen Bettdecken. Stattdessen wären dünne Leintücher sinnvoll, wie man sie aus vielen Hotels im Süden kennt.

Zudem fallen für verschiedene Angebote zusätzliche Kosten an. Das Parken sowie Minigolf sollten meiner Meinung nach bereits im Preis inbegriffen sein.

Es sind zwar nur kleine Details, aber genau solche Details entscheiden darüber, ob Gäste in Zukunft wiederkommen oder nicht.

Ausserdem ist das Hotel insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Anlage mit Pool ganz toll und sauber. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Essen sehr gut.

Das Frühstück/Abendessen war ser gut. Qualitativ und grosse Auswahl

Cons:

Due Zimmer verfügen nicht über eine Klimaanlage. Nachts senkte sich die Temperatur nicht unter 30°.

Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel für Familien. Minigolf, Billiard, Pool ( der etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist) Freundliches Personal. Geniales Zimmer mit toller Aussicht und Ausstattung.

Cons:

Das Personal ist etwas überfordert beim Essen servieren, da die Kollegen Recht wenig sind. Dadurch kommt es zu Verzögerungen.
