Ottima posizione, hotel situato a pochi passi dalla Torre di Galata e ben collegato con tutte le principali attrazioni di Istanbul. Nazli, la proprietaria, è stata gentilissima e super disponibile. Hotel pulitissimo con ottimo servizio colazione. Gli asciugamani e le lenzuola sono stati cambiati tutti i giorni. La stanza familiare all'ultimo piano gode di una bellissima vista. Camera ben insonorizzata. Oltre la proprietaria, anche il resto dello staff è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Parlano tutti inglese ad un buon livello. Per il prossimo viaggio ad Istanbul sceglierò di nuovo il Pera Life

Mi-a plăcut absolut totul. Toți oamenii de acolo sunt minunați, atenți la nevoile clienților, mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze și mereu dornici să te ajute. Sunt minunați!🤍

Ένα τυπικό ξενοδοχείο της Κωνσταντινούπολης, σε τοποθεσία που βολεύει τον επισκέπτη, με ευγενικό προσωπικό, στο σύνολό του, με χαμόγελο και διατεθειμένο να εξυπηρετήσει. Στα πλεονεκτήματα του ξενοδοχείου είναι ότι διαθέτει δικό του μίνι μάρκετ, το οποίο έχει μια μεγάλη γκάμα προϊόντων σε λογικές τιμές και είναι ανοιχτό και τη νύχτα, οπότε θα μπορείτε να βρίσκετε ό,τι χρειάζεστε χωρίς να το μεταφέρετε από μακριά. Από το προσωπικό ξεχωρίσαμε την παρουσία της Ναζλί, τουρκάλα υπάλληλος του ξενοδοχείου, που γνωρίζει άριστα αγγλικά, κάτι που δεν το συναντάς παντού στην Κωνσταντινούπολη. Θα λέγαμε ότι με την ευγένεια, το χαμόγελο και τη φιλοξενία της συμβάλλει σημαντικά στην ανάδειξη του ξενοδοχείου. Η Ναζλί είναι η προσωποποίηση της ανατολίτικης φιλοξενίας. Είναι η υπάλληλος που σε βλέπει την ώρα που κατεβαίνεις το πρωί στη ρεσεψιόν και καταλαβαίνει τι θέλεις πριν το ζητήσεις. Ιδιαίτερη αναφορά θα κάνουμε επίσης και στον Φερμπότ. Ο Φερμπότ αν και μετανάστης από το Ιράν, το ντύσιμο και το στυλ και τα γυαλιά σε παραπέμπει σε υπάλληλο γαλλικού ξενοδοχείου ή σε μουσικό της τζαζ. Ευγενέστατος και πάντα διαθέσιμος να σου προσφέρει όταν μπαίνεις κουρασμένος νερό, καφέ ή οτιδήποτε άλλο χρειαστείς με δική του πρωτοβουλία. Όλο το προσωπικό είναι καλό, θα μας επιτραπεί όμως να ξεχωρίσουμε τους δύο αυτούς υπαλλήλους, καθώς από τη μια είναι η Ναζλί που τονίζει την ανατολίτικη φιλοξενία με την όλη στάση της και από την άλλη ο Φερμπότ ο οποίος δίνει με το στυλ και τον αέρα που έχει μια ευρωπαϊκή αίγλη στην εξυπηρέτηση του ξενοδοχείου, αποτελούν μια καλή ομάδα και θεωρώ ότι θα μείνετε ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή σας. Σας ευχαριστούμε Ναζλί και Φερμπότ, θα ξανάρθουμε!

Μια ιδιαίτερη αναφορά κλείνοντας, ας μου επιτραπεί, στην υπάλληλο που καθάριζε το δωμάτιο.

The location, the breakfast was delicious. Nazli and Farbod were exceptional, friendly, went out of their way to assist us and make our trip a wonderful experience.
