Overall the best budget hotel for stay..
You should check in via self-check in kiosk at the outside with deposit rm50..

Basic needs @ low cost
Pros:

They have the BEST platform. I made some changes and the response by Havona staff is really superb and helpful

The Aircon is working well, very quiet and cooling

Last but not least I like the self check in kiosk

Cons:

No sound proofing
We face the road so it is quite noisy
