ottimo per location, spazi comuni e tutto sommato per i buffets. Lascia molto a desiderare la pulizia della stanza.
Pros:

Ottima la posizione per muoversi a Maiorca, i servizi sono completi, sia per le attività in hotel che outdoor (dalle escursioni al noleggio auto low cost), quasi tutto lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Ricco il buffet sia a colazione che a cena.

Cons:

La pulizia delle camere lascia molto a desiderare. Abbiamo trovato la camera non del tutto pulita al nostro arrivo, né nei giorni successivi. I sanitari spesso non sono stati puliti e abbiamo trovato in doccia capelli che non erano nostri. Sabbia e briciole sono rimaste lì dove erano per tutta il soggiorno. Il balconcino non è stato mai spazzato. In buona sostanza la pulizia delle stanze si riduce al rifacimento letto, al cambio biancheria ed un sommario lavaggio del pavimento.
Confusione nella gestione delle diverse formule di soggiorno. Noi avevamo la mezza pensione e tutti gli altri servizi a pagamento. Chiaramente la struttura differenzia il servizio tra chi ha la formula all inclusive e chi paga per i servizi accessori. Spesso ci è capitato di avere un servizio da all inclusive (più “easy”) e averlo pagato per intero, nonostante avessimo fatto notare che fosse a pagamento (alcuni barman ti ignorano completamente, altri hanno sostituito quanto ordinato con la formula corretta).

Le restaurant, repas variés et bons. Les piscines, très adaptées pour les enfants en bas âge, surveillance facile. Beaucoup de transats. L'emplacement proche de l'aéroport de palma mais sans le bruit des avions. La climatisation dans les chambres, le restaurant et le hall.

Cons:

Chambre et équipements (baignoire, literie) un peu vieux. Télé récente mais sans connexion réseau possible

Die Räume waren abgewohnt, teilweise waren Dinge kaputt oder dreckig . Auch im Restaurant war das Geschirr und die Gläser dreckig . Das Frühstück war ok.

Great value for money hotel.
Pros:

The view from the balcony, if you are lucky with a room facing the pool area. Food was really good. Local food corner. Wine prices reasonable.

Cons:

The separation between visitors with Half board and visitors with All inclusive. Half board is a very good choice and people should not be made feel like second hand. No beach nearby. Not much to do if you do not have a car hire.

Ambiente piccolo,tanttissime persone,piscina piccola,molto calda,forse l'aqua si cambiava rarramente,sono scivolata sulla piscina e mi sono fatta male al piede. Zappavo perche non riesco ad abbasare il piede giu.

Barnvänligt hotell med mycket aktiviteter.
Pros:

Två fina pooler och vattenrutschbanor mycket att göra för familjer med mindre barn 5-8 år. Maten va bra med olika teman varje kväll. Trevlig personal.
Supermarket nära ca 5 min gång samt souvenirshop och några mysiga restauranger. Gratis buss från hotellet in till Palma några ggr i
veckan.
Vi bokade ett stort rum för 5 pers, det var två rum med en dörr emellan.

Cons:

Ingen strand nära, då får man hyra bil
och åka iväg.
Inne på gymmet var det alldeles för varmt.
