Pros:

Super petit hotel à quelques pas du centre de Tadoussac et du port. Un immense parc pour enfants avec jeux et tables de pique-nique est à quelques pas également et offre une vue imprenable sur le fleuve. Commerces à proximité, parking gratuit sur place. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir une chambre avec vue sur le fleuve : superbe ! Notre fils de 7 ans a adoré !

Cons:

The fan in the bathroom was really loud and as we were leaving early we had to leave the light off so that we didn’t wake anyone. The walls are thin but we slept well on the comfortable bed.

Le prix élevé pour un service médiocre. Le prix devrait être de moitié. Dans tadoussac des hôtels de meilleure qualité sont moins chers. Je ne reviendrai jamais a l hotel pionnier.

peu mieux faire heureusement qu'il faisati beau et que nous avons pu rester en dehors de l'hotel
Pros:

petit déjeuner décevant, peu de choix et franchment dans la salle de party de la veille, le bruit était important à cause du party du soir et les bar étaient pas très propre et peu utilisable en raison du nombre de personnes présentes hors hotel, pas de lieu pour se rassembler en famille

la chambre correcte, la salle de bain propre mais petite, mais la party lobby et bar à revoir compléetement

Un hôtel médiocre pour un tarif exorbitant
Pros:

- L’emplacement au centre de Tadoussac et la vue.
- La propreté de la chambre

Cons:

- La réception : il a fallu négocier longuement au téléphone pour avoir les clés dans la boîte aux lettres de l’accueil après 18h00.
- La chambre et la douche vieillottes.
- Des serviettes minuscules : deux messages envoyés sur Booking.com pour enfin obtenir des draps de douche.
- Le petit-déjeuner servi en sous-sol (non pris)

Reasonably economical and comfortable place to stay with an excellent location but with no luxury of any sort.
Pros:

1. Almost perfect location
2. Reasonably economical compared to other hotels
3. Enough parking spots
4. Cute facade
5. A restaurant attached.

Cons:

1. The highly restricted hours of the receptionist. This caused us not to be able to get a copy of the bill.
2. Strange layout of the room- the wash basin is inside the sleeping area
3. A better restaurant would have been desirable
4. The TV doesn’t work. Finally, a person turned up to get it working to enable us to watch the FIFA World Cup Final. However, 10 minutes before the final whistle it went off !!
5. No AC in the room.

Cons:

La tv ne captait aucune chaîne.la salle de bain avec une baignoire sans mitigeur et douchette n’est pas pratique.

L'emplacement géographique

Cons:

Le prix de la chambre était beaucoup trop cher pour le confort et les services, nous avons eu des hébergements dans la région au même prix avec plus de confort et petit déjeuner inclus. La salle de bain ☹️ le lit entre 2 murs ☹️ quasi impossible de sortir du lit par les côtés

Horrible! Stay away!

Cons:

The communication throughout my stay was extremely disappointing. Because I arrived late around 9 p.m., my room key was left in the drop‑off box, which immediately raised concerns about security and guest safety. The receptionist said it was nothing to worry about which I felt was very dismissive. The next morning, the receptionist called to say how come I didn't clear the room and pack up & that I wasn’t booked for the second night, even though I was. They checked and then said, oh yeah you've booked through the site and then informed me that I was in a “better room” than what I had paid for. The implication and tone were both inappropriate and unprofessional. Overall, the experience was quite shocking. I came back to the hotel room and found my room door ajar. I made sure to lock my room door before I left and either the receptionist or cleaning person left my room door open. Thankfully nothing was missing but I wouldn't stay there again. It's the worst hotel experience.
