A warm welcome and a confortable stay
Pros:

The receptionist was very patient and kind. She helped me connect my phone to the Wi-Fi and even gave me a power adapter, which I really appreciated. They also allowed me to check in early at 12:00 pm, which was very helpful. The room was clean, and the bed and bathroom were very nice, which made me want to come back in the future. The hotel is also in a great location, just a 3 minutes walk from the ferry port.

Cons:

Everything was very good. My only suggestion is that it would be nice if the café could also serve as a restaurant and stay open later in the evening for guests.

Mauvais , je retiens juste un lit pour dormir et une addition salée
Pros:

cher pour un endroit sans ame, demodé . La localisation est centrale c'est tout ! le bruit est énorme et le lieu démodé totalement. Les employés ont un comportement très fatalistes , être là ou pas .... ne leur procure aucune importance. Ca ne ressemble pas aux personnes croisées en dominique qui sont généralement très agréables, accueillantes ... no comment !

Cons:

Le bruit, l'absence de modernité, aucun service (monté de bagages, accueil agréable à l'arrivée, même juste proposer un verre d'eau .. RAS nul

Je recommande cet hôtel pour les commodités et le personnel très accueillant
Pros:

Emplacement parfait pour travailler à Roseau et être près du terminal des ferries. Petit déjeuner servi dans le bar de l'hôtel avec du choix et très abordable. Personnel très agréable et très souriant. Journée supplémentaire possible.

Cons:

La WIFI instable mais certainement due au réseau du pays. Heure de fermeture du bar et restaurant trop tôt (16h00).

Lieu idéal pour des vacances en toute légèreté
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter l’île le nord comme le sud, le personnel est adorable, la chambre est spacieuse et la literie confortable, propreté de l’hôtel.
J’ai aimé le fait qu’il y ai un bar dans une cours intérieur qui est très cosy.

Sehr toller Aufenthalt, jederzeit wieder!!!!

Großes, sauberes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung (Küche, Essbereich, Schlafbereich), genügend Ablagefläche
Ausreichend Snacks, Saft und Wasser
Sehr zentrale Lage
Sehr hilfsbereites Personal (u.a. Wurde uns bei einer überhöhten Rechnung in einem externen Restaurant geholfen)

Super Aufenthalt, wir würden jederzeit wieder die Suite buchen

Es gab keinen Aufenthalt!
Cons:

Als wir zum Hotel fahren wollten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es kein Zimmer für uns gäbe. Man sei seit Januar 2025 wegen des Karnevals ausgebucht und man habe Booking auch eine Absage geschickt. Booking hat mich aber nicht informiert. Nur mit großem Glück und aufgrund zufälliger Umstände haben wir noch ein Hotel bekommen
