Categories

Cleanliness
7.8
Generally reported as clean in several reviews ('limpeza ok', 'limpeza ótima'), but there are notable complaints about dirty/old furniture and a few rooms described as poorly maintained, which lowers this score.
Service
9.6
Staff repeatedly praised as excellent, attentive and dedicated (many mentions of helpful/check-in to check-out service). There are isolated reports of rude or inattentive employees, but overall sentiment is strongly positive.
Location
9.8
Very frequently highlighted as a major positive: 'excelente localização', near the center, good views and convenient for guests — consistently strong across reviews.
Room Quality
7.6
Rooms often described as spacious with large bathrooms, but several guests note old/worn furniture, broken items and some uncomfortable beds or weak lighting, producing a mixed but below-excellent score.
Amenities
7.4
Thermal/heated pool and good kids' recreation are positives; however issues include pool being cold at times, paid and slow parking, small/limited TVs and occasional limited surrounding services — overall mixed.
Value for Money
9.6
Multiple guests call the price unbeatable or very accessible and explicitly praise the cost/benefit; isolated complaint about parking fee does not outweigh widespread positive comments.
Food and Beverage
9.2
Breakfast is frequently described as excellent/exceptional. Dinner buffet and some full-board plates receive comments about limited variety or being bland, and suggestions for more/better fruits, but overall F&B is a strong point.
Overall Experience
9.4
Many guests recommend the hotel and report excellent stays; while there are a few strongly negative reviews, the overall sentiment is very positive, aligning with the given overall rating.

Pais, Bodas de ouro e Palace, gratificante!
Pros:
