Pros:

A localização é boa em relação ao aeroporto.
Equipe bem atenciosa e prestativa.
Para a região e época estava com um bom padrão de limpeza.
O chuveiro tinha água quente e boa pressão de água, cito essa informação por experiências de hotéis perto não serem bem assim. O ar condicionado estava funcionando bem, o quarto não cheirava mal ou a umidade, o banheiro estava ok e de modo geral a hospedagem foi agradável.

Cons:

A localização é em frente a uma avenida que passa o canal de esgoto da cidade, em época de maré alta ou fortes chuvas, pode ser desconfortável, além de ter muitos andarilhos na redondeza, o que para uma pessoa que viaja sozinha ou mesmo em grupos menores, pode ser intimidador e perigoso. A região local é mais perigosa para sair andando ou ficar fora do hotel.
