Hideous.
Pros:

Didn’t stay at the amigo as the manager gave 3 of our rooms to someone else and didn’t have rooms for myself and 3 of my travelling companions. I informed the manager that this was unacceptable and we booked into the Beautiful hotel approximately 4 or 5 doors away. Three of our travelling companions stayed at the Amigo , and payed, I was billed for the accomodation and it appears he was payed twice for the same rooms. Booking the rooms from Australia was extremely difficult due to a poor understanding/ interpretation of the English language. My companions and I will never set foot in that establishment again. This is a shame as we hav e stayed there numerous times over the last 12 to 15 years.

Le personnel, très professionnel ! Très gentil ! Tout était parfait ! Chambre propre ! Ils nous ont même aidé a porter nos valises jusqu'à notre taxi pour le départ ! Merci a eux !!!

部屋の案内間違えさえなければ最高のホテル
Pros:

日中のスタッフの対応がとても親切で、心強かった。
バルコニー付きの部屋はとても居心地が良い。特に窓から見える外の景色がとても美しい。
ロケーションがよく歩いて素敵なカフェやレストラン、公園に行くことができた。隣のレストランがとてもおしゃれでコーヒーが美味しかった。写真添付します

Cons:

夜11時の到着となった。シャッターが閉まっていて見た目で探すのが難しかった。またスタッフの手違いで違う部屋に案内されとても悲しい思いをした。すぐに間違いに気づき謝ってくれた。

Totally fantastic location to many activities and public transport

We changed our standard room because it had no window ( we didn't realize this when booking). This was easy with Vu's help
