Walking distance to Bondi Beach...beautiful.
Pros:

Access to the Bondi Beach was amazing and a short walk. There was a lovely vibe around Bondi.

Cons:

There was no Kitchen or kitchenette so all meals had to be purches out, couldn't buy supplies and make even a basic breakfast or meal. I should have looked for this but assumed it was included. I assumed every room has a mini fridge etc
Very noisy with the pub noise beneath.

Overall it was perfect for what we needed.
Pros:

Fantastic location and a great price for what it was and where it was. The bedroom was big and clean.

Cons:

The shower wasn’t clean. The pullout couch was extremely uncomfortable. The place is overall run down and a bit tired

Will recommend anyone to stay in Bondi beach area.
Pros:

Staffs are always smile with kindness. Room and facilities are very clean. Don't need to mention the location since it is right in front of Bondi beach. Awesome stay!

A great way to get a taste of Bondi Beach. And swim, a must for any keen body surfers or board riders.
Pros:

The location is sensational. It has experienced staff on the front desk. Proper showers with hot water, unlike Qt hotel a few doors up. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. I was there mid week so was very quiet but would imagine it would be noisy on weekends or peak season. They provide earplugs free.
But be realistic you are staying opposite one of the best beaches in Sydney above a pub.
Great common area on each floor which is a large balcony to relax have breakfast, whatever. And the view is Bondi beach, the pavilion and the ocean.
Restaurant downstairs in pub has good, reasonably priced food. Spanish style Pork cutlet I had was very tasty

Cons:

Nothing. I knew I was staying in an older style building. As far as amenities you’d probably call it 3.5 star. But the location and staff are great. Beach towels provided free of charge. I left very happy after my stay and would have no hesitation going back.

Was a good stay within walking distance of alot of things to do and see.
Pros:

It was convenient to the beach and bus stops.

Cons:

We weren’t told about any amenities. Not even the balcony areas. We had to find them on our own.
