We had an unforgettable time at Reef Oasis Blue Bay in Sharm El Sheikh.
Airport pick-up and drop-off is such a practical perk. Every team member here was polite and offered great support. The buffet food is varied and flavorful. The private reef is unbeatable for snorkeling: you can see corals straight on the shore, and massive coral reefs from the pier. Our whole family, including grandparents and kids, enjoyed the sea so much. The accommodation stays clean. Only a small reminder: prepare a universal adapter since only Egyptian plugs are available in rooms. We will book this hotel again for our next trip to Sharm!

Cons:

No power adapters, only Egyptian sockets. Could you prepare universal adapters for guests later as other hotels do? Thanks!

Cons:

Не везде персонал приветлив, к сожалению. Видела несколько раз довольно презрительное отношение к неговорящим по-английски гостям, как к итальянцам, так и к русским. Приходилось вмешиваться и помогать.

5 star relaxation

I had an amazing stay at this resort and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. My room was spacious, spotless, and was even ready ahead of check-in time. The room service was excellent throughout my stay, and the service manager checked in with me every day to make sure everything met my expectations. I also really appreciated being taken to my room in a golf buggy instead of having to carry my luggage across the resort.

The resort itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and offers plenty of facilities. There are multiple pools, including a peaceful adults-only pool and a stunning infinity pool with breathtaking views, especially in the afternoon.

The real highlight of the resort is the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable. A special thank you to Mohammed and Ahmed, who checked in with me daily and always made sure everything was perfect. Their hospitality really stood out.

The food was another highlight. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious, with a huge variety of options to suit every taste. The restaurant staff were fantastic—they were always recommending dishes to try, bringing drinks and desserts, and making every meal feel special.

The beach is large, with plenty of sunbeds available, so it never felt overcrowded. The house reef directly in front of the hotel is beautiful, full of colourful fish, and perfect for snorkelling. If you swim a little further from the pontoon, you'll find even quieter areas where you can really enjoy the reef. Having a jacuzzi on the beach was also a lovely bonus.

I also treated myself to a massage at the spa, which was excellent and one of the best parts of my stay. The hotel also made it very easy to arrange taxis and tour pickups, and even the security staff at the entrance were always friendly and welcoming.

Our 6th visit and even better!
Pros:

This was our 6th visit! Room was great, really good value for money! Food was amazing as was the service! Love how they now have more selection of drinks round the pool bar for example, serve wine at the adults pool not just the restaurants! Any of the staff have been there for many years which shows they must also like the hotel, think it’s really nice that they don’t have a high turnover of staff. Entertainment was good and it was good to see late night entertainment every night, it was lacking this in previous visits

amazing stay with excellent service
Pros:

Everything was perfect I really enjoyed my stay and it definitely won't be my last time here. A special thanks to the reception team they were amazing. Whatever I requested was delivered immediately and all the staff members were incredibly friendly and always smiling

Cons:

My only comment is regarding the animation team. It was almost non existent. I really hope the management pays more attention to this point and provides more entertainment programs in the future

Mare spettacolare, spiaggia con varie attività, bar non male ma quello delle piscina aveva personale decisamente più competente e disponibile. Piscine comode, varie e belle da vivere, personale della piscina meraviglioso e disponibile

Cons:

I prezzi delle escursioni avevano un costo doppio rispetto all'esterno ( e con la stessa garanzia e professionalità). Il personale dei ristoranti non accomodanti, abbiamo litigato fin dal primo giorno e solo per aver richiesto 17 mini hamburger per 12 persone ed essere andati più volte e prendere da bere. Ad eccezione della birra il resto delle bibite erano calde e sempre servite con ghiaccio, specialmente il vino.
