فندق ممتاز والمكان كبير جدا شرح كله اجانب حاولت امدد في ٣ ليالي للاسف لا يوجد حجز فل

كبر المكان والتنقل مكان كبير وتلفون روم سيرفز بطيء في الرد على المكالمات كثرة البريعصي بالبلكون والباب وتمشي او تحاول تنتظر الغولف الى المطعم او الرسبشن بسبب حجم الفندق كل شي بعيد

Pros:

スタッフは皆さん親切、フレンドリーで総合的にとても満足してます。
空港との送迎サービスはとてもありがたかったです（要予約）。
海の透明度はとても高く、珊瑚もきれいに保護されていて感動しました。

以下、検討されている方へのメモです。
オールインクルーシブで利用できるレストランは３つ。他は別料金です。
チェックイン前、チェックイン後もレストラン、プール使用させてもらえます。
シュノーケルセット、フィンのレンタル価格はそれぞれ５USD/日、ライフジャケットは４USD/日です。
ホテル内の店舗でシュノーケルセットが20USDで販売されてます（普通に良い物でした）。
ATM（NBE）がありキャッシング可能、現金（USD）からも悪くないレートで両替できます。

Cons:

強いて言うなら以下3点。
Booking.comのチャットで問い合わせしても別担当にEmailするよう返事があるのみで、さらにその宛先にEmail出しても返信に時間かかります。
14時チェックインできるはずが、受付で30分程待ち、部屋が準備できるまでさらに30分程待ちました。
チェックイン前、チェックアウト後の荷物は建物外（外の通路）に並べられるだけで、誰からも管理されていません（悪い人はいないと思いますが）。
とは言っても、総合的にはとても良いと思います。

Tout etait parfait!!! C'etait notre deuxieme fois et c'etait vraiment parfait le personnel les piscines la nourriture tout tout est PARFAIT

Cons:

Par contre ils nous ont fourni une chambre en face le théâtre ça nous a pas deranger au debut mais la veille de notre depart on voulait se reposer et le bruit nous a empêcher de dormir

Ho piacevolmente notato anche che dei turisti con difficoltà motorie venivano seguite con grande attenzione.

В первые дни не смогли найти с утра питьевую воду на пляже. Очень много людей у ближайших кораллов и пирсе. Так и не понял как организуются дискотеки и где конкретно

Harika bir konaklama deneyimiydi. Karşılama sorunsuz geçti. Personeller çok cana yakın ve içtendi. Yemekler oldukça tatmin ediciydi. Özellikle son günümüzdeki İspanyolca şarkı ve dans gösterileri muhteşemdi. Bir kez daha gelmeyi planlıyorum.

Cons:

Sivrisinekler vardı. Belki odalara ilaç kiti konulabilir. Plajda aktivite satan arkadaşlar biraz daha az ısrarcı olabilirler.
