AC not working and staff were like it is illegal to start the AC in France. Maybe it is, but then other hotels had their AC working, especially in this week when it was the hottest ever week in Paris.
Special mention for John who was kind and thoughtful. Made it very easy for us. Very rarely we find people like him going the extra mile for the guests.

Convenient location and nice room
Pros:

Nice room and bathroom. Conveniently located across the street from Montparnasse train station, which also means next to the metro. Very friendly people in the reception. A nice little French balcony.

Cons:

Only because it was written that the rooms are soundproof: I don’t think so, because I could hear people in the corridor. But maybe they meant towards the busy street outside, and it is true that I could not hear much noise from that – very good. I don’t remove any points for this, just a tip for clarification.

Idéalement situé à 2 pas de la gare
Pros:

Situé à 2 pas de la gare Montparnasse. Métro et arrêts de bus en bas de l'hôtel.
Personnel accueillant.
Possibilité de laisser sa valise avant le check-in et après le check-out.
Accès aux chambres soit par l'escalier soit par l'ascenseur.
Chambre propre.
Très bonne isolation avec l'extérieur. Une fois la fenêtre fermée, nous n'entendions plus la circulation.

Cons:

Très mal isolé de l'intérieur. On entendait les voisins parler entre eux.

Pros:

Chambre hyper propre avec une déco passe-partout, sobre mais bien. Lit confortable même si 1m40, c'est pas un grand lit. Air co, ascenseur, douche avec de la pression... Franchement, pour le prix, vraiment pas mal

Très bon hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé pour tous ceux qui souhaitent être proches de la gare Montparnasse. Chambres bien insonorisées. Accueil agréable

Cons:

Les avantages d'être près d'une gare ont aussi leurs inconvénients : seule, je n'ai pas eu envie de me promener autour de l'hôtel le soir.
