Pertama umur 13Tahun yg kedua 8tahun yg ketiga 6tahun
Malah staf nya negor saat sarapan dikira saya pesan hanya 1 kamar.. padahal saya pesan nya 2 kamar total 4 ranjang dewasa. Stelah saya tunjukin kunci kamar diem dia.. cuma kami sdh tidak mood🙏
The hospitality and services is a memorable experience, to be honest, I could stay there another one more week. Overall excellent in their management services.
It is true that, there breakfast is undisputed , best continental breakfast i ever experienced, I would say over 50 plus choice of food and beverages ☕️ 😋.
I will visit them shortly.
Location is fabulous, from the Mall to the masajid, and othe enminites around it....super Duper...

- on the last day, I went to breakfast at 6am. Almost everything was already set up, but... All the food was fridge cold
- I was there for 5 nights, and the only room that was available was on the smoking floor. The last two days, my front neighbour left his door fully open, and smoked like a chimney with friends.
- I had to change rooms for my last night. Unbearable!!

Breakfast is too varied and not done well, consider lowering the different options and improving quality
Checked in at the same time as our friends, same room rate, they got a top floor room with a great view and we faced an internal wall, we upgraded and they put in the wrong room number on the keycard so we got taken to the wrong floor in the automated elevator and walked in on someone as we assumed they wrote an 8 instead of a 6….
