gut gelegenes Landhotel - als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge geeignet
Pros:

Die Lage ist prima, direkt am Bahnhof, falls man per Bahn reisen möchte, man geht nur 2 Min. zu Fuß. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat und bei offenem Fenster schlafen möchte, könnte aber gerade deswegen Probleme bekommen. Der Zug hält zwar nur 2-3x die Std., aber Cargo-Züge fahren auch nachts regelmäßig durch.

Das Frühstück war super ... die Tische werden zugewiesen und sind vorab passend eingedeckt. Man bekommt Brötchen, Saft, Wasser, Kaffee und Tee sowie Gemüse und Früchte, Wurst-/Käseplatten und Marmeladen (auch selbstgemachte) sowie Eier an den Tisch direkt serviert. Man kann also gemütlich am Tisch sitzen und frühstücken, kein Buffet, aber Extra-Wünsche werden auch berücksichtigt.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Man kann auch schön abends im Restaurant und draußen auf der Terrasse essen. Wir haben allerdings gehört, dass das Restaurant zum 31.12.2026 geschlossen wird.

Das Zimmer war groß genug, das Bett schön bequem, wir hatten einen netten Ausblick auf den Garten. Parken konnten wir auch gut auf dem Hof. Das Hotel scheint auch beliebt bei Radfahrenden, es waren viele dort, und es gibt einen Fahrrad-Schuppen. Es gab einen Treppen-Lifter für Gehbehinderte vom Erdgeschoss nach oben zu den Zimmer. Am Vorder- und Hintereingang sind aber je 3 Stufen zu bewältigen.

Die Lage ist gut: Man kann fußläufig kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants erreichen.

Cons:

Es wäre gut, wenn man als Auto-Reisende den Parkplatz vorab reservieren könnte, wir bekamen immer den letzten. Keine Ahnung, wo man sonst hätte parken können. Im Bad flackerten die Lampen und es gab ein paar dunkle Flecken in der Dusche.

Kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Wurden nett empfangen. Konnten unsere Räder in der Scheune unterstellen .
Essen am Abend und Frühstück waren sehr gut. Sehr schöner Biergarten.

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück; Speisekarte o.k. Bad geräumig und gut.

Cons:

Bettkante zu hoch bzw. Matraze zu niedrig; Treppe nach oben für Gehbehinderte noch gerade akzeptabel.

Pros:

Lovely traditional German family run hotel. Comfortable and clean.
The Lohman family makes it extra special with their energy and wit.
