Pros:

櫃檯人員與房務大姐親切又禮貌，還會關心小孩，很貼心。泳池的服務人員與教練救生員，很用心的看顧著，環境也都在保池乾淨讓使用者有良好安全的環境，真的很用心與辛苦的維護。

泳池設施和spa票口一位年輕有活力的檢票員

Cons:

前台的員工全部都自顧自的的聊天，和家人一起選擇該飯店舉辦小朋友慶生，還沒退房就被整理房間的工作人員，直接拿萬能放卡突然開門進入，前台完完全全「確實」「未做好退房確認」，最後前台等我拿著兩張房卡退房，我自己開口詢問，前台服務人員三個其中一個，立刻「承認疏忽」還補充說明，前台的她前一天休假，當天上班不清楚前一天入住的房間，道完歉還繼續聊天嘻嘻哈哈（道歉完全不誠懇、她展現的態度是不清楚前一天入住的房客是理所當然，但實際上是她聊天聊的太忘我，根本未注意房客是否有拿房卡下去退房）

這就是宜蘭老牌溫泉飯店的「優良」的員工素質
想體驗不被尊重的感覺，或是，想體驗房間突然被闖入的刺激感
各位旅伴們，可以勇敢大膽的下單

但一樣的價錢，礁溪路上設備好，餐食好、員工訓練紮實的飯店，整條路上比比皆是，真的不要相信網路上發的各種部落客、網路寫手寫的假文案！！！
