Pros:

Бронювала два номери - не найдешевші! Зупинитись вирішили виключно через -1 поверх як укриття. Брудно нереально, замкнуло проводку, бра вспихнули, дитина злякалась. Бігали серед ночі «працюючі і проживаючі при готелі»… із адекватних - дівчина, що в той день працювала на ресепшн. Меблі тупо розвалюються, в душах все в грибах - цвіле і чорне( це найгірша зупинка в Одесі за 25 поіздок в це місто( заселили в грязіщю- доплатила, переселили в номер де на стул не сісти, бо хитається і сиплеться з нього, замкнуло все ( переселили в гірший номер на постіль же вже спали в все в чужих волоссях не з голови!( шок це навіть не то слово, яким можна це дно описати…..

Чистый санузел, тонкие стены, удобная кровать
Pros:

Близко к автовокзалу, чистый санузел, есть лифт, хорошая кровать, есть холодильничек, чайник. Есть балкон, на 5 этаже милый вид.

Cons:

Очень тонкие стены, всё слышно, шторы воняют, освещение в санузле сумрачное.

Хочу акцентувати увагу на персоналу, вирішують питання дуже швидко, гарне ставлення до клієнтів та слідкують за чистотою номерів

Сподіваюсь, що неодмінно повернусь до цього готелю ще раз!
Pros:

Номер в готелі дуже сподобався, перевершив усі мої очікування. Був електрочайник, холодильник, мікрохвильова піч. Після добового переїзду сподобалось зручне ліжко з ортопедичним матрацом. У номері були рушники, капці, шампунь, гель для душу і мило. Дуже зручне розташування: від залізничного вокзалу не більше десяти хвилин йти. В пішій доступності оперний театр, набережна. Поряд багато різних кафе, їдалень, де можна поїсти перші й другі страви допізна, через дорогу - кафе з рибним меню (запахи доносились дуже смачні!). Дуже приємна у спілкуванні адміністратор, все пояснила, розказала. Виїжджала рано вранці, було шкода, що так мало часу провела в цьому готелі.

Расположение удобное

Cons:

Заселили в номер, в котором было не убрано после предыдущих жильцов (не застелена кровать, разбросаны подушки). На вопрос администратору: «Убирался ли номер?», ответ: «100% убирался, до вас никто не жил». Уже потом зайдя в ванну увидел разбросанные полотенца и использованную туалетную бумагу - естественно никто не убирал. Переселили в другой номер.
Стены просто картонные - в соседнем номере разговаривают как-будто с тобой рядом.

Pros:

Расположение удачное, близко к жд.
Приветливый персонал

Cons:

Поломана мебель, из трех лампочек рабочая только одна, шумоизоляции нет вообще!
В душе нет горячей воды.
