Cons:

Це якась шарашкіна контора, а не готель. Вхід до готелю з боку (головний вхід заблоковано), на рецепції сидить дівчина, яка судячи з її стану просто там перебуває 24/7. Оплата або готівкою або на картку невідомої особи. Сам номер не відповідає заявленому. Номер НЕ був підготовлений для проживання двої осіб, чомусь персонал вирішив що має бути одне ліжко на двоїх, хоча у броні чітко вказувалось, що два односпальні ліжка. Тому при заселені прийшлось, декілька разів бігаючи на рецепцію, самостійно переставляти і перестилати ліжка, споглядаючи купки сміття та пилу. Підголів"я ліжка (що прикріплені до стіни) повністю блокують розетки, а тому розетками неможливо користуватись. Міні-кухня НЕ обладнана елементарним посудом чашки, прибори та засобами для миття посуду. У душовій вирвані полиці, вирвана лійка самого душу, відсутнісь кріплень для полотенець. Коли заходиш в душ речі зовсім немає де покласти. Шторка для душу закоротка і вода розлітається по всій душовій. Окремо відсутність "наявної гарячої води". Для того щоб прийняти душ необхідно півгодини спускати воду з крану гарячої води. Заявлений вікно-балкон у внутрішній дворик, це просто жах!!!, Його відкривати НЕрекомендується, оскільки вибудете дихати сигаретними випарами інших осіб, по факту це закупорена труба з кришею де збирається весь сморід. З балкону видно інших мешканців на протилежній стороні внутрішнього дворику. Закривайте щільно штори і перебувайте у темряві навіть сонячного дня. Кондиціонер ввімкнути НЕрезикнули. Оскільки у нас був ранній виїзд, довелось заздалегіть домовлятися щоб нам відкрили двері готелю, оскільки у ранковий час персоналу на рецепції ви не знайдете.
Побувавши в багатьох місцях, винаймаючи різне житло, можемо сказати, що це НЕ готель, а саме - "Шарашкіна контора". Проживання в такому місці псує настрій від чудового міста Одеса. Даний готель НЕРЕКОМЕНДУЄМО!!!!

Pros:

Зарезервувала номер. Мала приїхати рано вранці, за 5 годин до виселення (хотіла помитись з дороги). Готель підтвердив бронювання (відкрито 24 години). На запит про ранкове поселення (з 5 до 6 ранку) відповів "по заповненню". Вранці о 5:30 приїхала в готель, але він зачинений і немає нікого. Телефонувала, але ввімкнений автовідповідач і т.д. Страчений настрій і т.д.
