excellent service from Mr Nirosh
Pros:

We had nice boys evening in here and everything was perfect and must've mention FOM Mr nirosh he assisted us well and we felt that he has his postive aura that felt us welcoming nature and thank you so much for the waiter who assists us i couldnt grab his name. Will be back once again. Cheers team

Pros:

Management & Staff were exceptional! They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel itself is a historic building and we appreciated it. However, some urgent refurbishment is required across the entire hotel.

Very spacious room(suite room)

Cons:

Although some facilities are not working(jacuzzi) they have stated that it would take 2 days for them to fix and haven’t offered anything to compensate for that apart from a ‘sorry’ clause

Check facilities before you pay!
Pros:

We booked a suite room for our honeymoon but the jacuzzi is not working. They couldn’t fixed it in two days and only told us sorry about that. Also, check prices with other vendors so that the price difference can be 2x on different platforms.

Total rip off from my experience.

Pros:

Hôtel de standard international classique, bon emplacement dans le quartier du Fort, possibilité de déjeuner dans le pub de l'hôtel ou dans de restaurants à proximité.

Cons:

Chambres confortables, mais très standardisées et sans charme. Bonne solution pour passer une nuit avant départ de Colombo (pas plus...).

今回は出来なかったけど、遅くまで飲み歩く旅だと最高だったかな。
Pros:

◎ 朝食は西洋料理とスリランカ料理から選べる。スリランカ料理のカレー(チキン＆豆)が美味しい！
◎ 英国料理(フィッシュ＆ポテト他)が充実。
◎ Dutch Hospitalへ徒歩10秒の好立地。海岸やOne Galle Face Mallへも徒歩で行ける！

Cons:

△ もうちょっとビールの種類を増やして欲しい。(LionのDraftとStoutしか無い)
△ Dutch Hospitalの飲み屋さんは週末は深夜まで演奏が続くので小さいお子さんが居る人は厳しいかも。

Not very satisfying
Pros:

All the hotel staff is very helpful and nice. Rooms and bathrooms are big.

Cons:

Hotels lobby is very shabby and stinky. The breakfast was very very poor, it is not a buffet breakfast. There is a fixed menu for breakfast. So you are bound to eat same thing’s/food everyday. The service is very poor in the resturant. I would suggest not to book rooms in this hotelhotel with breakfast.
One side of the hotel is very noisy at night because there are resturants and pubs playing loud music until late night. Infact we changed our room on very first night.
