It’s proximity to Mackay airport

Cons:

The ‘key’ I was given didn’t work & the attitude of the receptionist was condescending.
The aircon was noisy. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as previous occasions and some of the grouting hadn’t been cleaned. Stainless also hadn’t been cleaned properly. Dark floor tiles in the bathroom were not a good choice. I have stayed at the Ibis previously, in the same room and it isn’t as good as it was!
