Mixed feelings: Poor pre-arrival communication, but excellent on-site hospitality
Pros:

Once I arrived, the on-site hospitality was exceptional. The staff was incredibly polite and welcoming. On top of that, the breakfast was absolutely superb and of high quality. The physical stay itself was flawless.

Cons:

The pre-arrival communication left a very bad taste in my mouth. I was initially told they couldn't accommodate me and needed to find alternative housing, only for the room to "miraculously" become available right after I responded. This felt like a clumsy and manipulative cover-up for an overbooking mistake. While they successfully salvaged the situation on-site, they should really drop these dishonest tactics before guests arrive.

Pros:

O hotel impressionou desde a recepção, com espumante, doces e frutas no quarto. Tudo muito confortável. Café da manhã foi impecável, acredito que o melhor que já experimentei, tudo com muita qualidade. Além disso, quarto com vista para o mar e em frente à praia. Os profissionais muito gentis e dispostos a ajudar. Amamos a experiência.

Fantastisch hotel, goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.
Pros:

De locatie was fantastisch. Aan het strand. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam en het restaurant was heel goed.

Cons:

Puur een tip: enkele fietsen voor de gasten.

Pěkný hotel u pláže. Prostorný pokoj, velká koupelna. K dispozici moderní bazén, sauna.

Cons:

K dispozici garáž za 20 eur na noc. Na pokoji chyběl otvírák na nápoje z minibaru, předložka před vanu. Snídaně na čtyřhvězdu slabá.
