Çalışanlar ilgisiz. Valiz bırakma için ve 1 saat erken girmek için 10 Euro talep ediliyor . Tamamen saçmalık . Odanın temizliği berbat ötesiydi. Odada leş gibi sigara kokusu çıkmadı . Camlar soğuk geçiriyor tüm soğuk hava odaya doldu. Isıtmak için açtığımız klimadan sigara dumanı geldi . Çarşaflarda sümük saç tüy ne ararsın her pislik mevcuttu . Aynı ucuz fiyata çok daha temiz yerler vardır eminim . Kesinlikle önermiyorum

Unfortunately, our experience on the morning of 11 October was extremely disappointing. The male staff member on duty was exceptionally rude, unfriendly and completely unhelpful. Instead of assisting us with arranging a taxi, he practically pushed us out of the property without offering any assistance. His attitude was unacceptable and left us feeling very unwelcome. It was a particularly unpleasant ending to an otherwise satisfactory short stay. Hospitality and basic courtesy should be a priority, regardless of how budget-friendly a hotel may be.

Επιλέξαμε το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα για δύο λόγους το late check in και το πάρκινγκ .. η πτήση μας έφτανε 2πμ και χρειαζόμασταν μόνο λίγες ώρες για να ξεκουραστούμε και να επιστρέψουμε στη χώρα μας. Όταν φτάσαμε μας ενημέρωσαν ότι δεν υπήρχε χώρος στο πάρκινγκ και ότι έπρεπε να βρούμε κάπου αλλού να το παρκάρουμε 2 η ώρα τα ξημερώματα φυσικά δεν υπήρχε τίποτα όσο κ αν ψάξαμε . Κάναμε κύκλους πάνω από μια ώρα.Και με δεδομένο το κεντρικό σημείο της περιοχής του ξενοδοχείου ειναι σοβαρό πρόβλημα. είναι αυστηρά τα πρόστιμα και τα αμάξια ακινητοποιούνται με ειδική δαγκάνα που εφαρμόζεται στη Βουλγαρία εάν είναι παρκαρισμένα στο δρόμο.δεν είχαμε άλλη λύση απ’ το αναγκαστούμε να μη διανυκτερεύσουμε ενώ είχαμε πληρώσει και να φύγουμε για Ελλάδα . Το σημαντικότερο όλων ήτανε η ΜΗ διάθεση του ανθρώπου στη ρεσεψιόν να βοηθήσει την όλη κατάσταση ..

Terrible Experience-Poor Hygiene, Awful Service, Complete Lack of Professionalism
My stay was absolute disappointment from beginning to end. The entire floor was dusty, giving a poor first impression regarding the hotel's cleanliness and hygiene.
However, worst part was that the water supply stopped working in the hotel from early morning until evening. When I approached the staff to ask how they intended to resolve the situation, I was given the ridiculous suggestion of going to a shopping mall several kilometers away and using a gym there to take a shower. Instead of taking responsibility and helping their guests, the staff expected me to solve the problem entirely on my own.
I was staying at the hotel for only 2 days and had important meeting during my visit. Not being able to brush my teeth, wash my face, take a shower in my own hotel is completely unacceptable, especially when travelling to another country and having limited time.
I requested refund that I could find other accommodation, the staff refused to help or offer any reasonable solution. Instead, they told me to email the manager and wait for a response the following week, even though I would already have returned to my country by then. It is absolutely unreasonable to expect a guest to wait a week for a solution to a problem that directly affects their stay in the moment.
What made the situation even worse was the staff's attitude. They showed no understanding, took no responsibility, and made absolutely no genuine effort to resolve the issue. Essentially, they told me that the lack of water was not their problem and that I should deal with it myself. This is an unacceptable way to treat a paying guest.
Overall a terrible experience marked by poor hygiene, appalling customer service, and extremely unprofessional staff. I paid for accommodation where basic facilities should be available.
I expect a hotel to provide basic hygiene facilities & treat its guests with respect

אין ניקיון כל יום שזה בסיסי במלון אין מקרר אין כלום

Como sugerencia, deberian poner algo en la ventana para que no entre el sol. Era bastante desagradable levantarnos temprano porque no tenian protección para evitar la luz.

The rooms are basically just bed-size. Fine for one person, a squeeze for two. After usage, the shower smelt until it dried.

People in the rooms next to mine (first floor) were smoking, the hallway was stinking and with the way the ventilation/air con in the rooms work, the smell easily sneak in the other rooms/hallway. I had stayed in the hotel previously and no such issues. I arrived late at night after a long trip and couldn’t be bothered to flag the issue or ask for another room but would not have expected that any smoking would be permitted and/or not detected. Due to this I would not use this hotel again and would not recommend it.
