Overall we spent a good time there, feeling of time was running very fast.
Pros:

-Well mannered, cordial and cooperative staffs.
- Room cleanliness
- Room service
- Nice location
- sea side
- near by restaurants
- Chenag mall
- Secured

Cons:

- Sea view room is better than city view, especially when staying for 5-6 days.
- The breakfast: Other hotels, where we stayed before, had buffet facility with variety menu for the breakfast. But, this hotel provided the breakfast at "Old-town white coffee" restaurant where the breakfast menu was very selective, restricted to few items, and most of those weren't preferred meals, especially for the children and for the adult as well. As a result we only took breakfast only two days of our 6 days staying although we had the breakfast vouchers for the 6 days.

Bar in hotel was great.. zero corkage from hotel bottle shop., suite well worth the $$

Pros:

Einfaches Hotel Ausstattung schon in die Jahre gekommen. Ausblick auf Parkplatz und Hinterhof von Restaurants allerdings nur einige Meter zum Strand und mitten im Zentrum., zu flanieren

It wasn't value for money
Pros:

The location was outstanding, probably the best around the beach was just a 2-minute walk away, and it was clean and well-kept. The room was a bit small, but overall it was clean and tidy.

Cons:

The room was small and, being centrally located, a bit noisy. Breakfast wasn't great either it wasn't served at the hotel but at Cenang Plaza instead, with a limited menu of just 6 options and quite small servings.

Pros:

As all reviews say location is the main plus point of this hotel.
Room was ok and decent balcony. Cleanliness was maybe a 6 out of 10. We found rubbish under the bed and balcony wasn't cleaned.
We were in the street facing room.
I anticipated it to be very noisy but it was actually quite sound proof.
Lots of restaurants nearby and the public beach is just behind the hotel but beware of jellyfish.

Overall it was good enough value for money.
