Enjoyable.
Pros:

Friendly hotel staff.Parking is available which is very important.Cenang Beach next to the hotel.Shops are very near the hotel.Cenang Mall is just opposite.Pizza Hut and Subway shops just below the hotel.

Great value
Pros:

If you want to be in the middle of everything, this is the place for you. Right by the plaza, restaurants, beach , nightly fire show. I liked the security as you need a key card to use the elevator. The bar on the 1st floor was nice.

Cons:

The free breakfast was across the street from the hotel and it was not fantastic.

Overall we spent a good time there, feeling of time was running very fast.
Pros:

-Well mannered, cordial and cooperative staffs.
- Room cleanliness
- Room service
- Nice location
- sea side
- near by restaurants
- Chenag mall

Cons:

- Sea view room is better than city view, especially when staying for 5-6 days.
- The breakfast: Other hotels, where we stayed before, had buffet facility with variety menu for the breakfast. But, this hotel provided the breakfast at "Old-town white coffee" restaurant where the breakfast menu was very selective, restricted to few items, and most of those weren't preferred meals, especially for the children and for the adult as well. As a result we only took breakfast only two days of our 6 days staying although we had the breakfast vouchers for the 6 days.

Bar in hotel was great.. zero corkage from hotel bottle shop., suite well worth the $$

Best hotel nearest to the beach
Pros:

The location just a minute from the beach.
