Very relaxing
Pros:

Historical location and conveniently located near entertainment and restaurants. Staff really nice. Breakfast every morning was fantastic! The pool was a nice place to cool off

Cons:

I didn’t like how our room did not have a mini fridge or microwave. We had to keep leftovers and cold drinks downstairs in the lobby. Also there seemed to be a ant problem in our room (258)

Lovely quirky hotel in Gatlinburg
Pros:

Staff are super friendly. This is an older style hotel, spotless clean but definitely a niche choice, won’t be for everyone. Pool area is very nice. Secure free parking for guests.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t to our taste, we felt poor quality ingredients and didn’t like the plastic cutlery and disposable plates.

Welcoming and convenient
Pros:

Hotel staff were amazingly nice and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was the best we have ever had at a hotel.

Cons:

The only thing that we didn’t like was that there isn’t a mini refrigerator in the room. This is very inconvenient, especially since it was so hot outside and we had no way to keep our water cold. There isn’t a microwave either

Cons:

I wasn’t a fan of the style of the facility. I would’ve liked a fitness room but I totally understand that it’s about the nostalgia of the property.

Centrally located (historical) hotel for a pleasant stay!
Pros:

Conveniently located in the middle of everything. It’s well maintained and has a storied history. A cool place to stay if you don’t mind an older building. Breakfasts are great.

Cons:

The only thing I would wish for is to have a refrigerator in the room. It’s so hot in summer and cold drinks are a necessity.
