Für einen Zwischenstopp OK
Pros:

Lage zum Strand ist gut.
Die Küchenausstattung ist gut und eigentlich ist alles vorhanden....
Pool ist warm...

2 Grills hinter dem Haus vorhanden

Cons:

1 Haustürschlüssel für 3 Personen ist zu wenig - hier sollte auch über ein elektrisches Schloss nachdenken...
Keine Eiswürfelmaschine vorhanden, nur 2 Eiswürfelformen im Gefrierfach - bei einer Nacht macht das keinen Sinn.
Auch, wenn in den USA ein Kochfeld mit Heizspiralen wohl immer noch erhältlich ist, könnte man das vorhandene Gerät vielleicht mal austauschen...
Beim Check-In am nächsten Morgen (ab 17:00 Uhr ist wohl keiner mehr vor Ort), bekommt man von der Dame beim Check-In nahegelegt, die Seite mit den "Mietregeln" genaustens zu lesen, weil dort etliche Strafen für evtl. Vorgehen aufgelistet sind....Auch wenn man im Prinzip gleich wieder auscheckt und man weiß, daß man keine Ikea Gabel eingesteckt hat, fühlt man sich, nach der Ansage, irgendwie ein bißchen schuldig...

This hotel is literally across the street from the beach. The staff is amazing, they provide basic beach gier as well. Its quite & safe, we love staying here so much.

Would Stay Here Again and Again
Pros:

Exceptional cleanliness of room, pool, parking lot, and the helpful friendliness of Penelope in the office. Large efficiency with separate kitchen area, separate bathroom. Large closet room with dresser. 1-block walk to beach.

We will definitely be staying here again!

It had quick access to the beach, the room was spacious and clean, the AC worked great, and the staff was kind and helpful.

Ótimo para mais jovens, para idosos não!

Tamanho excelente do quarto com bons utensílios pra preparo de um café da manhã

Cons:

Muitas regras não cumpridas pelos hóspedes pois não tem controle após 17h. Gritarias e risadas até após meia noite, dia 13/06, banho de piscina 1:30 da manhã dia 17/06 e hóspede querendo fazer check inn na madrugada também no dia 17/06
O hotel cita que faz a retirada do lixo diariamente porém isso não aconteceu em nenhum dia da nossa estadia de 6 diárias. A troca das toalhas é feita somente a pedido. Achei o local um pouco inseguro pois fica tudo aberto e não tem qualquer controle de movimentação de pessoas após 17h

Excelente custo benefício.
Pros:

A cozinha é bem equipada e permite preparar as refeições sem problemas. As camas são muito boas, lençóis e toalhas também. Há troca de toalhas diariamente. Tem máquina de lavar e secar disponíveis. Fica a uma quadra da praia.

Não tem arrumação e limpeza diária.
