The staff were all very accommodating and helpful, the room was a good size and the outdoor hot tubs were fabulous, well worth booking.
The dinner on our first night was wildly expensive for what it was £25 just for a vegetarian main course, seemed a bit mad. We stayed 3 nights, breakfast ordered to the table the first morning was great but I think the chef must have been sick the following 2 mornings because everything was unfortunately overdone. Also for the price I would expect the self-serve area to be better stocked, most mornings there was no cheese, poor pastry selection and clearly stale bread from the night before.
Very impressed with the hotel it is beautifully decorated and clean I loved the location good accessible parking and only a couple minutes from city centre, staff are very helpful.

Extremely well kept, smelled good, some hotels there is an old fusty smell but really lovely decor and colour schemes and gaily modern. Room was well finished and extremely spacious. Shower was perfect too.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, dirty and feels like a truckers hotel, the pool and leisure facilities are horrible + it’s an extra £15 to use a jacuzzi for 30 mins per person. At 10.30am on the day of check out house keeping opened the door and came into my room without knocking waking my son up from a nap. The shower door in our bathroom also nearly fell on top of my son as it was hanging off. Avoid.

One day our room was not made up. Had to go looking for towels coffee etc.
One night there was a domestic which involved police. Quite upsetting and disruptive. Went on until after 4am
