Was an acceptable standard, entertainment was good and bar staff Callum & Abi were lovely.
A fight broke out in the bar, my husband heard conversations about drugs in toilets, also a lot of young youths hanging around in bar and outside was abit intimidating, bar mgr offered no explanation or apology, instead the young bar staff apologised also the guys who were the entertainment also came over to us. As this is a 4 star hotel felt this was not acceptable. This needs addressing also feel really only 3 star at best.

Very friendly staff. Comfortable room and plenty of space for a family of four
The king-size bed was very comfortable.
The room had a lovely, pleasant aroma, which made it feel welcoming.
There was no handheld shower head in the bathroom, so if you wanted to shower without washing your hair, it wasn't possible. No shower cap was provided either. The bathtub had only a tap and no proper shower option.
The towels had visible stains that clearly hadn't been removed during washing, and the bathrobes had holes in them, which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel.
The biggest disappointment was the food. There were no vegetarian or vegan options on the menu at all, which I found surprising for a 4-star hotel. The meal I ordered was completely tasteless, everything was overcooked, and it was served so hot that I burned my mouth badly enough for the skin on my gums to peel.
Breakfast was very basic and lacked variety. Apart from the standard cooked breakfast and cereal, there was very little choice. There were no cakes or pastries, no vegan options, and no gluten-free options.
Unfortunately, the quality of the food and the lack of attention to cleanliness and guest comfort meant that this stay did not meet the standard I would expect from a 4-star hotel.
