Was great time
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. And nice bar for few drinks on evening time. I will defo come back next year.

Could add a fan or a.c to the rooms for summer nights.

Great location and very clean and friendly from the gorgeous receptionist to the lovely lady who served our Dinner and came and sat with us the next day. We will be back

Good base for Northen Irelant tour

Good location for travelling around.

Cons:

Did not realise until we unpacked that room had disabled facilities including "wet room " type walk in shower. Had I realised prior to unpacking I would have requested a room without these facilities which are too low for comfort and get too wet. As far as I can remember I was not asked and did not request such facilities at time of booking.
Room was on ground floor and luckily weather such that windows did not need to be opened; if required to be opened then security would be very compromised as no opening limit available so they would have probably remained shut.
Mussels starter first night very disappointing. Food generally ok but nothing to write home about.
Could not get away from background muzak in lobby or restaurant which could be too loud and only occassionaly recognisable to us oldies. At least did turn level down on request at breakfast.

fantastic, great price kids loved the pool and air hockey table
Pros:

room was fabulous comfy very big and beds were lovely

Cons:

dinner in restaurant bit slow coming with drink orders guy came twice to our table with wrong drink order he was lovely though

Not a 4 star hotel service, overpriced and disappointing

No Wi-Fi in the room, smell of sigarette in corridor and room, one day very poor breakfast, second day better breakfast option but 40 minutes to prepare (pancakes and French toast) when only other 2 tables were occupied. Toilet seat broken in the room. On second day stay bathroom sink was not cleaned (toothpaste stains) and shampoo/ shower gel were not refilled.
