Good location , nice room , allowed early check in . Staff helpful. Short distance away from centre but easy access by tram. Air conditioned,
From train station, it was difficult to find the tram stop . We had to go around for about 30 mins .
The mattress was comfortable and the shower was well kept.
The communication with staff was limited when trying to communicate about the broken AC (which was the reason we booked the hotel). No staff member came to assess the thermostat however fans were provided which did improve the experience but it was greatly disappointing about the lack of communication about the lack of AC.
Excelente localização, a cama super confortável, tudo bem organizado e atendimento excelente, certamente é um lugar que hospedaríamos novamente.
Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer stand trotz früher Ankunft schon zur Verfügung, Ausstattung absolut o.k., Parkhaus vorhanden, aber je kleiner das Fahrzeug, umso besser ;-) Anschluss an ÖPNV perfekt.
