Nice but not worth £220 a night
Pros:

Location great if you want to be close to Margate seafront and town. Decor is also lovely and staff friendly.

Cons:

Shower temperature. If turned even a mm it either was too hot or too cold. Towels very thin, WiFi didn’t work and bed very uncomfortable. Two Divan mattresses together so there was an obvious gap In between. Also mattress extremely firm.

Pros:

It was very comfortable and near every place we wanted to visit.

Basic but fine
Pros:

Friendly welcome when i arrived. Room was fine, but basic as you'd expect form a little seaside hotel. Comfortable bed, and basic, clean bathroom.

Cons:

No phone reception at all in the room, and the wifi didn't work in the room either, which was quite inconvenient.

It was pride weekend in margate so i guess they inflate the prices, but i found £300 for one night quite steep for the basic level of hotel.

Excellent location, very helpful staff, great pop up lebanese restaurant currently at weekends
Pros:

Appreciated the electric fan in our room. and the freely available bottled water from the fridge in reception. You could help yourself. Very welcome in hot weather. Bathroom larger than expected with a nice shower. All very clean. Comfy bed but not king-sized in a king room. Loved the authentic Lebanese restaurant run by the owner in the basement. and the patio garden area to sit out in. NB restaurant only open Fru & Sat eve at time of our stay so do check. Food and service were excellent. The lovely welcome on arrival and during our stay from the helpful friendly chef/owner and his manager. We have added some comments below for what we didn't like but would stay again if visiting the area in future

Cons:

We knew it was a room-only rate, which felt on the high side compared to other hotels we stayed at during our trip but location, pop up restaurnat on site and parking close by led us to choose it. Because we knew about the restaurant, we had wrongly assumed that we would be able to buy breakfast there during our stay. They did recommend a local cafe a couple of minutes' walk away and also said that they were looking to offer a breakfast service in future. If they do so then judging by the quality of the food we enjoyed at dinner we feel that it would be a great addition. NB the room we choose was king size so we expected a king size bed, instead it was a queen size bed. - not ideal on a very hot night, so I think the descption needs adjusting on the site. Despite this there is a lot to reccommend :0)

Very poor value for a business stay clean room but no connection facilities nor TV
