I have stayed in many hotels over the years, but this one truly exceeded all my expectations. Everything was exceptional, from the moment I arrived until the day I left.

The property is beautiful, the rooms are immaculate, the facilities are outstanding, and the attention to detail is simply remarkable. The staff provided some of the best service I have ever experienced—professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile.

What impressed me most was the overall quality and care that goes into every aspect of the guest experience. It is rare to find a hotel that delivers so much more than it promises.

A good value hotel

The hotel was of a high standard, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was tasty, and just a little way there was a cafe called the Mug, which was owned and run by the hotel, which served excellent food, Thai and European

We stayed at the Chareon over six years ago; it has improved 10-fold. The breakfast-to-dinner service was excellent. Just a short walking distance to the main shopping area in Udon Thani. The staff were friendly and very helpful; nothing was too much trouble for them
