Comfortable hotel in good location of Aktau
Pros:

Excellent hotel in city centre of Aktau.
Many shops and restaurants in the area and neighborhood.
Comfortable and clean rooms. Very nice lightning in the room.
Good breakfast buffet with sufficient options for variety.
Excellent Sky Bar with city view on top floor. Outstanding sound system in the SkyBar.

Stay was good but the experience of filling the cup at any bathroom/toilet everyday is not convenien
Pros:

Location was good, many amenities around.

Cons:

There are no handheld bidet at all, nobody wash there ?. If someone shit in your hand, do you wash it or do you dry wipe it - think.

В целом нормально. Крепкий сетевой сьют.
Pros:

Стандартный номер в сетевом отеле. Все ожидания в целом оправдываются. Никаких неожиданностей. Тихо, удобная кровать, завтрак в целом нормальный.

Cons:

1. В душе на стенке были чьи-то волосы
2. Были вдвоем с женой - но комплект полотенец, халатов, чайный набор, гигиенический набор, вода - все было на одного. Хорошо хоть с завтраком не было проблем. При бронировании указаны были два человека, но второй комплект всего пришлось выпрашивать на ресепшен. К чести отеля - все выдали и довольно оперативно.
3. За завтраком куча грязной посуды на столах - некуда сесть, персонал как сонные мухи, очень медленно убирались и то, только если дважды попросить.
