Pros:

Breakfast was fine. Perhaps some more emphasis on cereals and bread in my taste.

Cons:

Amenities are unfortunately limited. There are vending machines and coin operated washing machines. But that is it. Maybe the hotel should considered transforming some rooms to additional activities for guests (e.g. a gym or spa). But is not a big deal, I just needed some place to stay.
