Lovely staff
Pros:

Lovely (and I mean LOVELY!) staff - they gave us a very warm welcome, tons of tips on what to do and helped us navigate public transport in the city (we were even walked to the nearest bus stop!).
Good value for money - the room was clean and functional. AC and shower worked perfectly.
10/10 - would book again.
