Pleasant and comfortable stay; highly recommended.
Pros:

Had a most pleasant 3 weeks stay. Front desk staff were amazing, always helpful and friendly. Location is just perfect - central, close by train station, supermarkets and eating places, and not noisy.
Would definitely stay there again.

In orde maar ....
Pros:

Heel net en mooi appartement . Volledig uitgerust appartement. Rustige toffe omgeving. Heel stil snachts.

Cons:

Geen airco . Appartement was een oven (36 graden) bij aankomst .
Inchecken vanaf 15 (!) uur . Als je vroeger wil inchecken kost je dat tussen 30 en 60 euro extra . Ook al staat het appartement, zoals in ons geval , leeg.Wie checkt er nu in voor een weekend Londen om 15 uur ? Ook uitchecken moet voor 10 uur of het kost je tientallen euro extra. De aangegeven prijs per nacht moet je dus met een korreltje zout nemen . Ze rekenen er gewoon op dat je extra gaat betalen .
Personeel niet onvriendelijk maar ook niet enthousiast vriendelijk . Een adapter voor de stroom hadden ze niet, daarvoor werd ik doorverwezen naar (waarschijnlijk de bevriende) winkel rechtover.

Comfortable for a quick stay in London. Easy to access shops and public transportation.
Pros:

The residence was easy to find and close to the Canary Wharf station (about 10 mins walk). There were some basic things given in the apartment to use which was great.

Cons:

They seem to like their extra charges and everything was at an additional cost (e.g. cot, check-in/check-out) but this wasn’t clear when making the booking.

A bit pricey for what it was, however good location with parking. Apartment located right outside local fire station so not ideal if you are a light sleeper. Parking facilities not well managed.

The view from the apartment - was expecting a balcony. Car parking arrangements - could be managed a bit better.

Pros:

Beautiful spacious apartment, very clean and had everything we needed from fans on a hot day, variety of kitchen utensils including washing machine/microwave etc and toiletries provided! within walking distance to grocery shops, restaurants and large shopping centre!
the staff made this stay even better , so so welcoming and couldn’t have been more grateful for them allowing us a complimentary early check in to help us out with baggage during the extreme heat wave. super friendly and helpful!
