Drainage in the bath was blocked and water was draining out very very slowly when having a shower.

Pros:

Location is perfect for a mixture of dining, drinks and shopping. Made lots of use of the balcony first thing in the morning and in the late evening when unwinding after a day out.

It was nice and comfortable although it became very hot during our stay,
Pros:

The location was good. There was a Tesco express nearby and other corner shops too.

Cons:

Being a bit considerate about your guests you have travelled a long distance to get to the apartment before check in time. A bottle of water could go a long way than asking for early check in fees for maybe 1hr to check in time.

Cons:

Can’t really fault anything but if I would be really picky there could have been more towels for us as we were 7 and we didn’t have a towel each.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable for our stay. There was Tesco nearby and other shops too

The staff Silver, was very helpful and responsive. The room was clean and comfortable for our stay however the weather was very hot during our stay.

Cons:

We got in at about 1.30pm and check in was at 3pm. The staff on duty could do better in accommodating us till the check in time rather than requesting early check in fees.

Pros:

Didn't get to experience any of it as we weren't aware that London marathon was on the same day. All the roads to the apartment were closed so we couldn't get there. The roads werd open around 10pm which it was to late for us to get there. As the apartment was booked the day prior we weren't able to change the date to the next weekend as it wasn't 24 hours as they require for any date changes. When the full situation was explained to the management team they didn't care much and they just wanted to stick to their 24 hours condition. I definitely won't be booking there again nor letting people know about this place.
