Important information:

The property can only accept chip-and-PIN cards for pre-authorization. If you have booked a rate that is paid in advance the same card must be presented for the pre-authorization of up to 500 GBP on arrival as was used for payment.

The cardholder must match the name on the booking and the cardholder must be present at check-in and show a valid photo ID (passport or driving license). If you are not able to provide this, you may be re-charged on a card you do have present upon check-in, and the original payment will be refunded.

Please make sure you include all guests on your booking, and choose an apartment with enough beds for all guests. If you arrive with additional guests, or require an apartment with a sofa bed and have not booked one, extra charges will apply. Pros:

Location and rooms were very spacious

Pros:

I've stayed here a few times now & it's always a pleasant experience. The staff are always helpful & everything you need is provided in the apartment. Safina on the front desk was really friendly, as are all the staff.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten in der City, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Rezeption ist immer besetzt, die Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und sehr sauber.

Cons:

Leider war die U-Bahn, die scheinbar direkt unter dem Gebäude fuhr, sehr laut zu hören. Man gewöhnt sich aber sehr schnell daran und die super Lage mitten in der City entschädigt das auf jeden Fall.

Pros:

The location is very good, very close to underground stations and bus stops. Just a 30 minute walk from Soho.

Cons:

Four gigantic beds and my very own Internet modem but not a mattress topper for the bed? The priorities here were... confusing to me. The bed was very, very hard and you are quite literally sleeping right on top of the bed springs. Stayed for three nights and barely got any sleep and left with an aching body.

It was spacious, and having the kitchen allowed us to have some of our meals in the room. The location is near many of the historic sites - Tower of London, St Paul's, London Mithraeum, Borough Market, etc.

Beste Lage. Super sauber. Nette Angestellte. Betten gut. Waschmaschine war top. Für London tolle Größe. Paar Gehminuren zur Themse und St. Pauls Cathedral.

Spacious apartment, friendly staff, great location.
Pros:

Really spacious apartment. Had everything I needed. All information was easy to find for what I needed. Staff were really friendly and helpful and recommended a good place to grab some late night food, minutes walk from the apartment.

Cons:

No privacy/net curtains in the bedroom, only in the living room. There was some spot mould on the bathroom wall. Easy enough to be part of the cleaning routine and mould and mildew spray and wipe the walls.

Pros:

Location is nice, quite street on the weekend, a lot of public transport options as well as walking routes. I find it very convinient to explore city. No crowds. Just enough space and well equiped kitchen.

Cons:

Ask for the rooms on the top floors, you can really feel and hear underground trains
