Important information:

The property can only accept chip-and-PIN cards for pre-authorization. If you have booked a rate that is paid in advance the same card must be presented for the pre-authorization of up to 500 GBP on arrival as was used for payment.

The cardholder must match the name on the booking and the cardholder must be present at check-in and show a valid photo ID (passport or driving license). If you are not able to provide this, you may be re-charged on a card you do have present upon check-in, and the original payment will be refunded.

Please make sure you include all guests on your booking, and choose an apartment with enough beds for all guests. If you arrive with additional guests, or require an apartment with a sofa bed and have not booked one, extra charges will apply. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorization, guests will be charged a penalty.

Nice, clean unit and friendly staff.
Pros:

We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. This unit was nice, clean, and a good size. We didn't spend much time in the unit, but it served our family of 5 well. The staff was friendly and the location was really close to Borrough Market and Metro stations to take you anywhere. We happened to be there during a heatwave. There was no A/C, but a fan was provided and we were able to open the windows at night, so it kept cool enough to sleep. The only down side was that the door on one of the bathroom showers was off-kilter and leaked water everytime we showered in it.

Location was fantastic near the financial district and attractions. Rooms are spacious and kitchen was well equipped.

Exceeded expectations. Lots of value for London.
Pros:

Excellent location, on a quiet street but very central. Spacious and meticulously maintained. Safe. The 24-hour reception is very helpful. Very large nice kitchen provisioned with everything you need.

Pros:

Location: 10👍- in the City, metro station 5 minutes away, attractions within a walkable distance.
Apt: 10👍 - ours with a view of St. Paul's Cathedral, airy, quiet, fan provided, kichenette annex equipped with everything to make yourself a meal.
Shopping: 10👍- all shops around, food shop 10 minutes to walk.

Great stay!
Pros:

Great room in a great location, with 24 hour reception and a helpful team. Well equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom.

Cons:

It was in the middle of the heatwave and we kept our windows open and it was quite noisy, but not unbearable. There could be more hooks to hang clothes and towels in the apartment and in the rest of the apartment.

Pros:

The location is great

Cons:

We where quite unlucky because work construction was going on by the hotel. Started 8-9 and was ongoing until we left. Also departing 10:30 is way too early so we had to pay 30 GBP for late check out which was quite a lot for 1 and half hour
