The property can only accept chip-and-PIN cards for pre-authorization. If you have booked a rate that is paid in advance the same card must be presented for the pre-authorization on arrival as was used for payment.
The cardholder must match the name on the booking and the cardholder must be present at check-in and show a valid photo ID (passport or driving license). If you are not able to provide this, you may be re-charged on a card you do have present upon check-in, and the original payment will be refunded.
Please make sure you include all guests on your booking, and choose an apartment with enough beds for all guests. If you arrive with additional guests, or require an apartment with a sofa bed and have not booked one, extra charges will apply. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorization, guests will be charged a penalty.

Die Unterkunft liegt nahe am Anschluss für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und bietet somit einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Stadt, zum Beispiel Abba Voyage oder Phantom der Oper.
Zu unserem Besuch war es sehr heiß mit Temperaturen tagsüber über 30 Grad in London. Das Appartement heizt sich sehr auf und verfügt nur über einen Ventilator, so dass es auch nachts wenig abkühlte.

The location is close to the city center and major tourist attractions. There are many restaurants in the area offering a variety of cuisines at reasonable prices. The room is clean and equipped with all the amenities needed for an extended stay, including a kitchen, a washing machine, a refrigerator, and more.
Good location, friendly reception staff and all/round lovely stay.
Need multiple fans - we only had one fan so someone was always left feeling the heat so I think there needs to be two fans in the apartment.

The staff were flexible and very helpful. Our first apartment was quite noisy, but the next day they kindly moved us to a much quieter one. The location has good transport links, and the city center is easy to reach.
The accommodation itself was good, but the surrounding area wasn’t really to our taste.
It was spacious compared to other London properties.
1. Location was horrible - in a run down part of town. The price did not justify the location at all!
2. Staff - firstly, they were so untidy, with crumpled shirts etc. and not pleasant to look at at all! secondly, they were not helpful. They couldn’t give us an early check in before 3pm even though the previous customers had checked out 4 hours earlier at 11. Secondly, I kept asking for a fan at the reception for 6 days as we would be drenched in sweat while waiting for our car but it was not arranged. The receptionists had a fan for themselves which they gave to me once.
3. Beds - 2 main beds were ok but the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable.
4. Stock - no tissue in the kitchen. Only 3 tiny sachets of black pepper, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 washing machine pods provided for a family of 5 for 6 days.
Very hot, no air con!!
It is conveniently located within walking distance of the station, making it easy to get around.
Since it is on the ground floor, the window only opens slightly, which limits fresh air and makes the room feel somewhat stuffy.
The room is a little darker than expected.
Location is great. Bus in front of the apartment and supermarket near.
