Important information:

The property can only accept chip-and-PIN cards for pre-authorization. If you have booked a rate that is paid in advance the same card must be presented for the pre-authorization on arrival as was used for payment.

Spotless, comfortable apartment in a great location, with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

I liked how spotless and comfortable the apartment was, the excellent location close to the Tube and restaurants, and how friendly and helpful the staff were. They went above and beyond to speed up the check-in process and upgraded me to a two-bedroom apartment, which made the stay even better.

Cons:

Nothing to mention. Everything was excellent — the apartment was clean, comfortable, well-located, and the staff were very helpful.

Pros:

Perfect near the train station and suppermarket. The bus 15 in front of the house goes directly to the Tower of London. The people at the reception are very friendly.

Always clean and always well maintained - tv was broken and could not locate iron

Getting kicked out in the middle of the night by a security guard called specifically to the premises for us. Extremely embarrassing, definitely degrading and extremely disrespectful and disruptive and my guest refused to be treated in such a way and subsequently left. Totally ruined what was supposed to be a quiet celebration for all we achieved this season. The manager apologized and accepted full responsibility for this and assured us the staff member involved would be pulled up. I don’t wish for any thing to happen to him. I just want my moneyI have demanded my money back

Gerne wieder für einen Kurztrip in London
Pros:

Gute Lage, Bus direkt vor der Tür & DLR ist in ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. An den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten ist man somit in ca. 15-20 Minuten.
Für uns war wichtig 2 separate Schlafmöglichkeiten für uns und unseren Sohn zu haben, daher ist das Appartement ideal. Freundlicher Empfang und 24 Stunden Rezeption für Fragen und Wünsche.
