A lovely, comfortable stay in a great location with friendly staff and delicious breakfast.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, with everything within easy walking distance. It is close to the beach and many sightseeing attractions, and there are also bus and tram stops nearby, making it very easy to get around.
The hotel is cosy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious, and the rooms are clean and tidy.
The hotel itself is not very modern, so you shouldn’t expect brand-new or luxurious rooms. The décor is a little dated, but everything is clean, well maintained and comfortable. Overall, it’s a very pleasant place to stay, especially because of its excellent location and welcoming atmosphere.

Cons:

Je fréquente cet hôtel depuis plus de 10 ans et je constate avec beaucoup de déception une dégradation importante depuis environ 3 ans.

À l’époque, les chambres étaient très propres, le ménage était effectué régulièrement et le petit-déjeuner était varié et copieux. Aujourd’hui, le ménage n’est effectué qu’une seule fois par semaine, ce qui est clairement insuffisant. Le petit-déjeuner est devenu très décevant, avec peu de choix et une qualité médiocre.

Le personnel est également beaucoup moins agréable qu’auparavant, à l’exception des personnes de l’accueil qui restent professionnelles et accueillantes.

Après plus de 10 ans de fidélité, je trouve cette évolution vraiment regrettable. Je ne reviendrai malheureusement plus dans cet hôtel et je ne le recommande pas
