Florence op busafstand
Pros:

Heerlijke ruime studio met parkeerplaats op eigen terrein.
Op loopafstand van het dorpcentrum met onderweg al de eerste restaurants en supermarktje, afstand 300 meter, let op wel een hoogte overwinnen van denk 100 meter.
Kortom je moet altijd omhoog klimmen op de heenweg en dalen op de terugweg.
Eerst de heuvel op, dan een trap met een tree of 50 en dan wandel je zo het dorp in.
Aan het dorpsplein zitten de overige restaurants en een cafe.
Bij de aangrenzende rotonde stopt en begint ook de fameuze buslijn 7 naar het centrum van Florence.
Overigens is het ook van daar nog 1700 meter naar de Duomo lopen, waarvan akte , zeg maar 25 minuten.
Laat ik het zo stellen als je fysiek niet zo lekker in elkaar steekt heb je hier niets te zoeken.
Anders helemaal top.
Prima bedden, ruime badkamer, aardige, behulpzame gastheer en een mooi uitzicht, neen niet over Florence maar wel over een ander mooi deel van Toscane.

Ein Träumchen!
Pros:

Ein fantastischer Ausblick,, viel Ruhe, ein sauberes und gut ausgestattet ist, schönes Zimmer, ein privater Parkplatz, und alles in der spannenden und historisch sehr bedeutsamen Umgebung von Fiesole. Tommaso hat uns sehr freundlich und gleichzeitig kompetent empfangen und beraten, er ist der Eigentümer und tritt dort persönlich auf.

Die Einrichtung unseres Familienappartements war deutlich "in die Jahre gekommen" (Sitzmöbel durchgesessen, Wandlampen z. T. abgebrochen, Kanten abgestoßen), die Küchenausstattung war sehr dürftig und zeigte z. T. erhebliche Gebrauchsspuren, keine Sitzkissen für den Balkon

Excellente base de visite calme et confortable pour Florence et ses environs.

Perfect location with an easy walk to the bus stop. Friendly check-in with recommendations for restaurants and getting to Florence. Well-appointed room with excellent view. Convenient gated parking on site. Excellent stay!

Beautiful setting overlooking the hills
Pros:

It was great to come back to somewhere quiet, overlooking the hills, after a busy day in Florence. The accommodation felt secure with the access gates. We enjoyed having our own patio area for breakfast and morning coffee (there’s a nearby supermarket). The No.7 bus stop is about a 5 min walk away and very convenient for Florence (take the T2 tram from the last busy stop to get further into the town.) We ate in local Fiesole restaurants every evening and enjoyed them all, but especially Bistrot 5.

A perfect place to explore Florence from.
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and had everything that we needed; we even cooked on a couple of nights. Fiesole is a great base to explore Florence from; the buses only take 20 minutes to get into the middle of town, but it feels like you’re in the country and there are great local restaurants. Tomaso was an excellent host and we felt very comfortable in the apartment.
