Lovely, safe and spacious accomodations for a very reasonable fee in beautiful Fiesole
Pros:

The apartment was large, quiet, clean and comfortable. There was a spacious balcony with a lovely view. The apartment was very well equipped - including a washing machine and drying rack.I really appreciated the chance to do some laundry.

Cons:

There was a small issue with the circuit breaker and I didn't have a/c the first night. Tommaso was very responsive and helpful and we got it resolved.

Дуже затишний, зелений жилий комплекс на 18 апартаментів з закритою територією, фантастичним видом на Тоскану, своєю атмосферою та паркінгом. Достатньо великий і комфортний номер, обладнан кухня, власне патіо (або на 2 поверсі балкон). Але головне, дуже гостинний господар Томазо, який намагається допомогти щоб ваш досвід перебування був найкращим. Розташовано за 300 метрів від центру Фєзоле, чистого, старовинного, зеленого містечка, в автобусній доступності (20 хв) від шумної і гарячої Флоренції. Рекомендую як апартементи, так і містечко. Провели тут 2 чудових тижні.

Pros:

Tolle Lage mit Blick über das Tal. Das Zimmer hatte alles, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht. Das Auto konnten wir für eine kleine Gebühr im Hof parken. Die Busverbindung ist (einfache Fahrt mit der Karte bezahlen €1,70 nach Florenz) in 5 Min. Fussweg zu erreichen.

Un excellent endroit pour une virée Toscane
Pros:

Le lieu est parfait. Au calme, avec une vue magnifique sur les villages des collines Toscanes. De plus, il est très simple de se rendre à Florence. Cinq minutes de marche jusqu'à la place et un bus en Terminus à Terminus jusqu'au centre ville. Tout bonnement parfait.

Quite calm and well equipped.
Tommaso is really devoted, and quite useful to give a soul to the stay.

Traumhafte Aussicht mit sehr schönen Ferienwohnung.
Pros:

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Der Ort selbst ist sehr schön und Supermarkt und co. sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Bus ist man in ca. 18 Minuten in Florenz.

Die Aussicht war gut.

Es gab alles an Ausstattung, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt.

Sehr neue Bäder.

Der Parkplatz kostet für den Aufenthalt, egal wie lang nur 10€

Sehr freundlicher Besitzer, der und auch gute Tipps gegeben hat.

La posizione è fantastica
Fiesole è un centro molto carino in posizione collinare
La struttura è moderna con appartamenti puliti e con tutti i comfort
Unica nota negativa che l appartamento era proprio vuoto, nel senso mancavano i piccoli particolari che fanno la differenza a mio avviso
In molte strutture ora si trovano cialde per il caffè,zucchero e bustine di tè e in bagno quelle piccole confezioni di bagnoschiuma e shampoo usa e getta
Questa volta al mio arrivo non ho trovato nulla di tutto ciò..

Struttura accogliente e gestori molto cortesi
Pros:

Il Residence Fiesole è stato una piacevolissima sorpresa. Curato nei minimi dettagli e immerso nella natura, offre un bellissimo panorama sui monti e le colline toscane.
Il centro della città è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi; il residence dispone di parcheggio sia interno che esterno.
Gli arredi dell'appartamento erano tutti nuovi, il letto comodissimo. Ci sìamo sentite coccolate: grazie!
