The sheets were dirty.

I reserved 3 rooms, and there were bed bugs in all 3 rooms. I reported this to the front desk and told them that I wanted a refund, but they refused to give me one. They told me they would issue the refund, but to this day, I have not received any refund.

Terrible service! Even after showing the bed bugs to the staff, they ignored me. The only thing they said was that they were sorry for the inconvenience, but that the reservation was non-refundable.

I do not recommend this place. It may be close to the beach, but the service was terrible, the pool was not good, and the rooms had bed bugs. We were not the only ones either—there was another couple who was also complaining about the same issue.

Reservé 3 habitaciones y en las 3 habitaciones habían chinches, reporté esto en la oficina y les dije que quería mi reembolso, ellos no me quisieron dar el reembolso me dijeron que lo iban a dar y hasta el dia de hoy no recibí ningun reembolso. Pésimo servicio! A pesar de mostrarle al personal de servicio las chinches me ignoraron y lo único que dijeron es q sentían los inconvenientes pero que no era reembolsable . No se los recomiendo. Puede estar cerca de la playa pero el servicio , la piscina y las habitaciones con chinches, nosotros no fuimos los únicos hubo otra pareja que también estaba alegando por lo mismo .

The room wasn’t clean, and the pillows were only half pillows it was so weird. I had stayed here 4 years in a row prior to this stay, i believe it switched ownership it just wasn’t the same at all. Staff wasn’t as friendly, they nickel and dimed on everything. Booked a different place for next year won’t be back

My stay was great can't wait to return

I didn't like how parking was set up. I did not like the fact that you have to leave your car keys in the office overnight with ppl you did not know

Property was very close to the boardwalk about a 2-minute walk. And the pool was clean.

Cons:

We stayed 3 days 2 nights, and the ice machine was down the entire time during 90-degree weather, and when my husband asked when it would be fixed, they said they were working on it but it never was fixed during our stay. We took cool drinks from what we could fit in the tiny fridge in our room to the beach the next day. And we had to get fresh towels and take our trash out ourselves during our stay.

The location is great.

Cons:

The rooms are very small, the staff is one person and she is often not at the front desk. You get a charge for linens, but my blanket hard coffee stains on it. The top lock on the door was missing the notch to keep it closed for extra security. On the 1st floor while I was taking a shower I could hear people sitting outside talking and smell the cigarette smoke. Its almost like they were in the bathroom with me, so the walls are very thin.

Pros:

Location was close to the boardwalk, clean and welcoming.

Cons:

Wifi sucks, after a long day of fun I should be able to unwind and fall asleep with the tv on. They advertise wifi and tv with cable channels, false advertisement.
