Der Nachtportier war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nach zwei Tagen wurde uns kostenlos ein Kühlschrank zur Verfügung gestellt (anfrage dafür war schon bei Buchung). Milch für die Flasche unseres Sohnes haben wir 2x täglich warm bekommen.

Cons:

Es standen keine Parkplätze zur Verfügung wie beschrieben,man musste in der Gasse des Hotels einen suchen was wie ein Glücksspiel war.Der Aufzug ist veraltet Platz für max 3 Erwachsene und das ist schon sehr eng,bei der Fahrt hatte man kein sicheres Gefühl. Das Zimmer das wir hatten, war spartanisch eingerichtet mit alten kaputten Möbel und Stahlrohrbetten. Stein Boden. Das Badezimmer war eine reine Katastrophe, siehe Fotos!Mühevoll musste man nach der Dusche versuchen das Wasser mit einen Abzieher selbst zu beseitigen,höchste rutschgefahr!Kein Staurraum vorhanden,Schimmel usw.Das angepriesene Zimmerservice bestand lediglich darin,das die Putzfrau jeden Tag nur eine Chemikalie ins WC und Waschbecken schüttete und danach nur gespült wurde.Betten wurden auf bitten nur einmal frisch bezogen,da unser Sohn nachts erbrochen hatte,aber auch nur mit widerwillien.Betten wurden auch nie gerichtet.Die Böden wurden 2x gekehrt und einmal gewischt.Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht einwandfrei,ständig war ein lautes piepen Tag und Nacht. Das Essen: Bestand aus einen sehr dürftig belegten Frühstücksbuffet und wiederholte sich jeden Tag.Ebenso gab es zu Mittag und Abendessen jeweils 2 Vor-Hauptspeisen wovon eines ständig das selbe Nudelsuppe mit wechselnden Einlagen,und das andere ständig Makkaroni mit Tomatensauce waren. Das Essen schmeckte wirklich nicht gut,es gab auch kein Angebot für Kinder,alle bekamen das selbe essen.Wir brachen aufgrund der genannten Vorfälle unseren gebuchten 10 Tägigen Aufenthalt nach 7 qualvollen Tagen ab!

Ambiente accogliente e a conduzione familiare. Si mangia benissimo e se ci sono problemi sono pronti a risolverli. Sono molto soddisfatto del Soggiorno. Esperienza da ripetere.

Un soggiorno fantastico!
Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni meravigliosi in questo hotel. Siamo tornati a casa felici, rilassati e completamente soddisfatti della nostra esperienza.

L’hotel si trova in una posizione davvero ottima, molto vicino al mare e in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, perfetta per chi desidera rilassarsi e godersi una vacanza in totale tranquillità.

Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto il personale, sempre gentile, disponibile, sorridente e attento alle nostre esigenze. Ci siamo sentiti davvero accolti e come a casa. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la cortesia e la professionalità di tutti.
Grazie di cuore a tutti per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così piacevole e rilassante. Torneremo sicuramente!

Cura e cortesia a due passi dal mare
Pros:

Soggiorno impeccabile.
La signora Eleonora è stata eccezionale: professionista gentile e accogliente.
Vorrei sottolineare la su grande sensibilità e disponibilità verso il nostro bambino allergico al latte: è stata molto brava a venire ogni giorno a chiederci cosa cucinare per lui. Per noi è stato molto importante e lo abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo.
Struttura super consigliata.

Pros:

La titolare è veramente simpatica e gentile molto accomodante,molto pet friendly, gli animali sono ben accetti e soggiornano senza supplemento anche i gatti sono ben accetti,quindi questa è una delle cose che ho apprezzato veramente tanto.un altra cosa che ho apprezzato lo staff notturno sempre presente in hall e al bar.

Cons:

Partiamo dalla camera piccolissima e il bagno senza la doccia separata,quando facevi la doccia bagnavi tutto il bagno,con fuoriuscita di acqua in camera se non fai attenzione come posizioni il doccino.Il cibo maluccio e ogni volta che chiedevi qualcosa,adesempio il formaggio grattugiato o gli stuzzicadenti,ancora le salse ti rispondevano che erano finiti e cosi per i giorni avvenire.Nel bar alla mattina e anche nella hall non c'è mai nessuno.
