Beautiful location and hotel… but a few issues
Pros:

This was a beautifully refurbished hotel, so aesthetic and in an amazing location with something for everyone in and around the area. The rooms were large and airy with aircon, ceiling fan and mini fridge to put your own items in.

Cons:

So, unfortunately we did not find the staff very friendly, there were a couple you could chat to and laugh and joke with and the cleaning staff always had a smile and hello, but on the whole they were standoffish and not so much as a good morning from some at breakfast.
The tea/coffee facilities in the room were also disappointing.
Finally, we spent a lot of time on the roof top by the pool, but it is similar downstairs, we had to ask for parasols each time as they don’t put them out! On the 3rd day, we’re were told there were none left! I counted, they only had 8 out. They said they had some on order but they hadn’t arrived, they wouldn’t move any from downstairs and some of the canopies were not working so there was no shade to be had. Also they charge for the double sunbeds, so there were people wondering around with nowhere to sit yet these all sat empty - what we did find out though, but they don’t advertise it, if all the beds are gone and you’re a resident, you can use them. If a non resident has paid for a day pass - you might get moved!

Good hotel and great staff who could not have been more helpful

One of my most memorable stays on the island
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with stunning views, pristinely clean.
Food & drinks menu were not overpriced.
Staff were really friendly & it was very quiet at night so in between the partying we had the best sleep.

Overall luxurious stay with excellent staff. Highly recommended, would stay again.
Pros:

Very modern, clean, comfy beds. Quiet given the the convenient location near the end of the strip. Helpful staff, beautiful spacious rooms with awesome shower room. Breakfast was varied and tasty with lots of choice.
Lovely spa that you get 2 free hours of use. Handy underground garage for parking, Shame this is an additional charge.

Cons:

Roof top pool area is fantastic but only life guards can put umbrellas out and they are frequently absent. This is frustrating as it’s very hot and little shade on roof. Breakfast was only warm and could do with being warmer, or better hot plates. Staff was excellent at servicing the room, but the tea and milk wasn’t replenished daily.
