The bed was comfortable, bathroom was big enough, the room was bigger then i expected, staff were helpful
I didn't use the kettle in case the alarms went off. No complimentary water and no biscuits

Dirty towels.
Hair on the towels.
Stains on the towels.
Dirty bathroom.
All that without even an apology from the staff.
Very disappointing indeed.

Literie inconfortable et vieillotte, très petite chambre ,pas de sèche cheveux, et stress de déclencher l'alarme incendie a chaque sortie de douche ou en préparation d un thé. Mauvaise insonorisation
Great location.
Second visit here and disappointing this time. Bed had horrible sateen sheets and just didn't smell or look sparkling clean.
Neither did the bathroom.
I'm thankful though it wasn't drenched in Glen20 or other "masking chemicals" that are so much worse.
It's cheap accommodation but could improve.
