Very tired, run down. Badly needs a refresh.
The 'Queen Deluxe' is not even remotely lux! And its tiny.

Pros:

It is budget accommodation.
When I first checked in the toilet had urine all over the seat (other areas of room looked visibly clean). I told the staff straight away and they accommodated change of room.
Basic studio room, I was relatively comfortable with air con and amenities. Bathroom is outdated but does the job. Carpet has old stains. It's okay if you are not overly fussy.

Cons:

The rooms could be improved with overall deep clean of certain areas.
The bin in bathroom after bag was removed was dirty which was a bit gross.
