Excellent location for business travel, stayed here twice within a week. Staff are friendly, very centrally located, tons of food options nearby. Hotel was quiet, elevators are fast, rooms are cool and clean.
Check in takes a while. There are a lot of vagrants and dodgy folk on the street surrounding the hotel, its not their fault, just a reflection at how much Makati has changed over the years.
The TV. If U can add some entertainment channels like Netflix for example thats more better
10 minutes before the automatically scheduled arrival time an email was sent informing me that the AC in the room was not working and I would need to be relocated to an alternative property. Upon arrival at the property I was asked for my passport and told to sit and wait. After 45 minutes the staff had not provided any update to me directly, another person I was travelling with told them they would be happy to stay in a room without AC however the hotel told them that the room actually was not available at all. The alternative accommodation offered was at a different Red Planet hotel, which was not at the location required for my work meeting the next morning and was not a suitable alternative of similar quality having a substantially lower score on booking.com. Our assessment was that Red Planet had over booked this property as it has a better location and rating, and now wanted to relocate us to their other property, and we decided that we would be better off to make our own arrangements for suitable alternative accommodation. Thought out this the staff were generally not helpful, lacked basic customer service skills, and I would strongly recommend not to book at this hotel or any other Red Planet hotels.

What You get is this: a bed, a bathroom, TV AC, hairdryer, safe, 1 towel per persone, toilet paper and soap.
Positive facts: clean, friendly staff and silent enviroment.
Once outside the hotel there Is not much tò do or to see. The restaurants are 20 Min away on foot or if You like fast food restaurants these are directly nearby the hotel.
By the way, the bed is extremely comfortable!
They didn't clean the room and didn't change the towels. Only after the second night we had the full service after I complained at the reception.
Czysty hotel, pokój, czysta pościel. Żadnych robaków. Bezpieczna dzielnica. Sklep 7/11 na dole hotelu. Obok restauracje, stragany. Internet dobrze działał.
