Comfortable and safe stay
Charges are a bit high
Excellent hotel with outstanding service. It is a very safe place, especially for families, as I travelled with my son and felt comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel is located in an excellent area, making it very convenient for those visiting the Pearson VUE exam centre.
A special thanks to the receptionist, Ms. Hema, who was exceptionally helpful and guided us to various locations around the city. Her kindness and professionalism made our stay even more pleasant.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay.
There are not many food options in the restaurant
Really an excellent resort to stay with calm n comfort.cleanliness n every facility was on top demand.The staff was absolutely supportive.especially Ms.Rema ;the receptionist thank you so much for ur great support.Thank you so much that you didn’t let us feel that we are far away from our native place.The quality of the food was amazing.The delivery was up to time n delicious.Thank you LA WOODS for your hospitality n generosity.
The entire atmosphere was good, foods, cleaning staffs were polite and helpful. The hotel was silent, which was comfortable for the stay, and great buffet system.
When I talked before booking the hotel, a staff at the reception(Hema) spoke with me about an amount of 500r.s for extra hour stay from 12pm to 5pm because I needed to vacate the next day evening at 5pm. when I reached the hotel, the reception staff told me that i needed to pay 1,500 for the extra hour of staying .which was not mentioned earlier in the conversation which i spoke with hema before arriving.she also didn't introduce herself at the start of the conversation, and later did, only in the end that she was actually the staff named Hema ,which was very upsetting, And 5,500r.s was spent for all the hotel payment needs, which was very disappointing.

Staff was brilliant.
We had gone to the mall (walking distance to Express Avenue) and brought some groceries before finding out that our fridge door would not close properly, and not cool at all, the staff was able to get us a new replacement in about 2 hours despite it being after office hours.
Breakfast was a standard indian breakfast but done well.
At first glance, hygiene looks ok, but few areas really needs more attention. Shower had some terribly caked in grime, and the kettle was moldy and flaking off plastic pieces.
Free wifi is available, but its not very stable so if you had come to sit for an exam like i did, better to buy a lot of data from your cell provider

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was fairly good overall. The check-in process was straightforward, and the staff were polite, courteous and responsive. I wanna thank Ms hema, mr pandiyan, security and cleaner staff. They really helpful on my needs during my stay.

Good location, close to a mall which was helpful. Also close enough to the beach to walk there, IF you are brave enough!
Snotty young women working the reception desk. Having to ask for supplies that should have been left in the room when they came in to clean.
