Repetiría sin duda: ubicación, limpieza, comodidad
Pros:

Ubicación excelente justo frente a la parada de metro. Habitación muy limpia, camas muy cómodas (más tirando a blandas que a duras), cortinas opacas que sí tapan la luz, buen caudal de agua en la ducha y nevera en la habitación para guardar bebida. Mesa de estudio amplia por si vas por oposiciones y sillón individual. Cerca de decenas de sitios para comer cenar, mucho ambiente.

Cons:

Lo único que tiene pocas plazas de parking y no se pueden reservar.
